How Americans Vote--Monkeys Grabbing Shiny Coins

After watching Hillary and Trump voters, I have to say the election is about monkeys grabbing shiny coins.
That is right, the majority of Americans are monkeys. I do not intend to disparage monkeys; nor to say that I am biased against monkeys. Unless you talk to Ted Cruz, they are our ancestors (apes, rather, scientifically speaking), and they are fine animals, until they vote.
From decades of network bombardment, that is all Americans know: shiny Hillary and shiny Trump.
Hillary's teeth or Trump's hair. It does not matter. Both are shiny. Neither require much introspection. They are shiny on both sides of the coin. Which is to say, they are counterfeit. But Americans are rubes and cannot tell.
That is all that matters.
American Idol will go on at a theater close to you. All halfwit viewers get to vote.
That is as good as it gets in a halfwit democracy.
That is what Democratic and Republican voters have come to.
Socialist candidates are not shiny. Their images are not rubbed across the screen until they blur in a grainy sheen.
Even the metal, lead, can be polished. The problem is it kills you anyway, slowly that is, or at least destroys our intelligence, which let us admit, is not very much anyway.
To elect Trump would be a JOKE; to elect Hillary a CRIME.
That is the choice: a joke or a crime.
Which is worse?
The joker is a joke, and to elect a criminal is a joke.
As Abraham Lincoln said:
"that government of the monkeys, by the monkeys, for the monkeys, shall not perish from the earth.
But monkeys do not care.
Have a banana.
Wait, I see something: Shine shine.
