I am filing a federal civil rights action in regards to the Bernie Sanders Presidential Campaign. I am challenging the Fairness Doctrine as well as requesting enforcement of the Equal Time Rule, among other things. I need all of the help I can get. My name is William Cormier, and I support Bernie Sanders for President. I have authored a federal civil rights suit in the past and have the expertise, albeit I could use help, to research and find any and all precedents that will contribute to creating a cause that the federal courts will turn into a class action lawsuit.

If you are a Bernie Sanders supporter, this is a cause that deserves your attention! I am seeking funding to challenge the Fairness Doctrine , and to enforce the Equal Time Rule. Furthermore, we will demand that Bernie Sanders receive a fair amount of time on the Mainstream Media, who are doing their best to marginalize the Sanders Campaign. There are far too many Americans who do not know enough about Bernie Sanders because of his neglect by our Mainstream Media.

During the 2015 news cycle, the Sanders Campaign has only received eight (8) to ten (10) minutes of coverage from the major TV networks. This is a travesty! The Corporate Owned Mainstream Media is attempting to crown the candidate of their choice while ignoring the people for Bernie Sanders. Poll after poll demonstrates that Bernie Sanders won the last Democratic debate by a landslide! Even 91% of Fox's conservative viewers thought Bernie Sanders beat Hillary Clinton. Furthermore, recent polls indicate that Bernie Sanders will beat Donald Trump by a wider margin than Hillary Clinton! After following the above links, it is obvious that Bernie Sanders is the Presidential Candidate favored by Democrats and Independents to be our next President. That said if we do not change the course of the Mainstream Media they will marginalize the Sanders Campaign out of existence!

The Federal Civil Rights suit I propose will point out how the Mainstream Media is marginalizing Bernie Sanders and is attempting to influence the outcome of the Democratic choice for President. We cannot allow that to happen. I also believe that this issue will be fast-tracked for a hearing before the United States Supreme Court. There are ample precedents that indicate an action can be fast-tracked if it is in the national interest, and there is nothing more sacred than our election process. Main Street has been marginalized for far too long. We, as a nation, have to fight the Corporate-Controlled Mainstream Media from crowning our next Democratic Presidential nominee. We are facing a struggle for the heart and soul of the American people!

I exist on $1,007.00 in Social Security disability payments per month. I need the "Go Fund Me" money for:

1. Gas to and from the Law Library and the Federal Court in Atlanta, Ga.

2. Court costs that are necessary to prosecute a Federal Civil Rights Action.

3. To pay for law clerks to double-check the Constitutional and procedural rules, I will use for the basis of this suit.

4. Miscellaneous costs such as supplies for my laser printer, special paper for filing in the Federal Courts, low-cost meals for when I am in Atlanta and at law libraries, turn my Twitter Account into a commercial account to mark the progress of this suit on a promotional basis, and any other unforeseen costs.

After this suit is filed, which will not take long, I expect the Court to make it a Class Action Suit, and as it progresses through our legal system, to have "Friend of the Court" briefs filed by the ACLU, the Sanders Campaign, and other interested parties. I would also encourage anyone that read this "Go Fund Me" page to share it through any and all social media that you have at your disposal. "We the people" can generate publicity along the way and begin to shame the MSM to cover the Sanders campaign effort. The Sanders campaign has the most individual donations of any other Presidential Candidate, Republican or Democrat, and that has been accomplished through his grassroots campaign efforts. This legal action will attempt to put the Sanders Campaign in overdrive, and that is something that all of us can work to achieve.

If this "Go Fund Me" campaign is successful, or even if it isn't, I will have a web page up in January that will account for any and all expenditures. Remember, I will also be receiving professional help in authoring this lawsuit if I am funded. It is possible that I have minimized the anticipated expenses. However, I am sure that I have asked for enough money to get this lawsuit filed in a professional and legally suitable manner. Once it gets off the ground and we are in the appellate process, I have no doubt that more funding, if it is needed, will come far more quickly than this initial request.

Thank you for supporting the Bernie Sanders Campaign and standing up for the bulk of the American citizens that seek to keep our Democratic Republic standing fast against the rise of corporate domination and fascism. Remember, we are the 99%, and if we stand together in solidarity we can and will re-take the American Dream from those who seek to destroy the principles of equality and freedom for all, as our Constitution guarantees for every American that lives in this nation, here and abroad.

Note: I will be discussing this lawsuit with law school professors who lean Democratic, and before and after, will seek professional legal analysis to guide my way. This is not a "shot in the dark". It is a well-planned and a constitutionally allowed question of the violation of our federal election process. This action will also address the DNC and their marginalizing of Bernie Sanders. To state there is a conspiracy between the DNC and the Mainstream Media to marginalize the Sanders Campaign out of existence is a gross understatement!

My Bio is as varied as my life. In 2012, my twin sons murdered a Journalist in Pensacola, Fl., for 100K worth of "Magic The Gathering" playing cards and buried the body in my backyard.
