Christians want us to be afraid of Hell.
Hindus want us to be afraid of many Hells.
Fundamentalist Hindus, Christians, and Jews want us to be afraid of Muslims.
Fundamentalist Muslims want us to be afraid of Jews and Infidels.
Buddhists want us to fear an Unenlightened Life.
Nationalists want us to be afraid of the World.
Internationalists want us to be afraid of Nationalists.
Capitalists want us to be afraid of Communists.
Communists want us to be afraid of Capitalists.
Insurance Companies want us to be afraid of the Unknown.
Doctors want us to be afraid of Disease and Illness.
Naturopaths want us to be afraid of Doctors.
Dentists want us to be afraid of Loosing our Teeth.
Dental product vendors want us to be afraid of Losing our Teeth.
Police Professionals want us to be afraid of Crime.
Criminals and Political Activists want us to be afraid of the Cops.
Lawyers want us to be afraid of Legal Problems.
Police Officers want us to be afraid of the Bad Guys and Lawyers.
Environmentalists want us to be afraid of Global Warming.
Chemical Producers want us to be afraid of Environmentalists.
Weapons Producers want us to be afraid of the Human Race.
Peace Activists want us to be afraid of Weapons Producers.
Gun Owners want us to be afraid of Peace Activists.
Health Care Workers want us to be afraid of an Unhealthy Life.
Christians and Hospice Workers want us to be afraid of an Unprepared Death.
Fundamentalist Christians want us to be afraid of Immigrants, Hedonists, Liberals, Gays, Atheists, and Fornicators.
Hedonists, Liberals, Gays, Atheists, and Fornicators want us to be afraid of Fundamentalist Christians.
People of Color want other people of color to be afraid of the White people and the Police.
Many of Us are afraid of People of Color, Immigrants, the Homeless, and the Mentally ill.
Immigrants, the Homeless, and the Mentally ill are afraid of all of Us.
Muslim Terrorists want us to be afraid of them.
Everyone wants us to be afraid of Muslim Terrorists.

So much to be afraid of.

So many of us...trying to scare the rest of us.

Authors Bio:

Jim Bush is a 67 year old, Vietnam-era veteran, currently living in Texas. He was raised in a military family. His father received the Silver Star for directing troops while under air attack at Clark Field in the Phillipines, survived the Bataan Death March, and spent three and a half years in a Japanese POW camp. He also received the Purple Heart for wounds received while a  POW. Jim served as an army photographer in Okinawa and Korea. In 1987 he traveled to the war zones of Nicaragua with a veteran's group dedicated to stopping the Contra War.
