Current state of affairs regarding the corrupt justice system in Alabama. Unlawful arrest of blogger; Roger Shuler and his current incarceration.

This is a warning if you live in or plan to visit the state of Alabama.

There is the possibility that you may be arrested, beaten and thrown in jail without cause.    Normal Civil Rights and respect for the United States Constitution do not apply.   Alabama is being controlled by power hungry politicians, most notable the former governor Bob Riley with aide from his son Rob Riley.  

The Riley's have Alabama under their own dictatorship.   Even the current Governor Bentley has no control over the Riley's.   Bentley has allowed the Riley boys to run the state as their own; where laws do not apply.   

Roger Shuler, an Alabama based blogger was arrested in October 2013 and to date remains in jail after being beaten and arrested by Shelby County sheriff deputies.   The judge on the case was hand selected by the Riley's to insure their brand of justice prevails.   Mr. Shuler's crime involves writing unflattering articles about Rob Riley and about the current Alabama attorney general, Luther Strange on his website; Legal Schnauzer.   (legalschnauzer.blogspot.com/).  Alabama Circuit Judge Claud Neilson, the presiding judge for the Shuler case was brought in from across the state.  Neilson  has sealed records concerning the Shuler case to prevent the public from having knowledge that there are unlawful judicial proceedings in Alabama.

I have had my own experience with unlawful judicial proceedings in Alabama after uncovering and substantiating forgery of my father's Will and Trust.   Riley, Governor at the time, hand selected judges who sought to insure criminal actions of certain attorney's and others "disappeared".     I have vehemently spoken out to expose corruption within Alabama's justice system.

Four years ago I left the state abruptly, concerned my own fate would mirror that of Roger Shuler's or worse.  

Mr. Shuler was arrested without a warrant.   In Alabama's lawless society it could happen to any of us.   The state has become like the old Communist controlled Russia, if you speak against the dictator you will be beaten, arrested or worse.    Roger Shuler is the Riley's political prisoner.  

Alabama has become the Riley's own communist state.
