The most haunting horrific things that ive ever gone through or could even amagine going through,Nebraska Medicadid are like terrorist.Now after almost two years I dont know if its to late to even save me.All of my Constitutional Rights were thrown out with the trash,And what this Doctor did to me with pretty much permission from Nebraska Medicaid to do it,Its almost as if Dr Jackson was taking orders from Nebraska Medicaid.

My name is Ron Grim and what im about to tell you will shock you as it did to myself and my family.

I was running for City Council in the last elections even though I was suffering with sever ear aches for several months but felt that I could still handle the job if elected.

During the Campaign I started getting weak and as each day went by I got weaker and weaker,we went to my Doctor and was told it was just probably stress but it got worse and to top it off my ears were bleeding.

I had been seeing Doctor Jackson's PA Julie for several months over my ear problems and my wife and I went back to the Doctors and Julie consulted with Doctor Jackson and again just prescribed me antibiotics,ear drops and hydrocodone and again said that my weakness was just from stress,we went home and I layed in bed and just did not have the strength to do much of anything.

I had been laying in bed for weeks & weeks unable to campaign for City Councel at all.

One night I saw a tv show that talked about Testosterone and my wife and I went back to the Doctors and asked to have my Testosterone checked. It was checked and it was at 300-- a normal person's Testosterone level should be between 500 and 900, PA Julie consulted with Doctor Jackson and I was presribed 29 mg Testosterone patches and my wife, a nurse of 25 years, was shocked but we complied and used the patches but I got weaker.

We went back to see PA Julie and asked to have my Testosterone checked again and it came back worse,it was now down to a level of 275,PA Julie spoke with Doctor Jackson and he had her prescribe me Andro Gel Testosterone that you rub on your shoulders,stomach and arms,I woke up the next morning and I could barely breath,My throat was almost closed and I could barely swallow,My wife called the clinic but P.A Julie was not there and nether was Dr Jackson and we were told to call the emergency room and then my whole life would be turned upside down!

My wife called the emergency room and because the town is so small they told us that the emergency room Doctor on call was Doctor Shuey and that we should go straight to his Doctors office,We quickly went to Doctor Shueys office and im starting to panic and getting dizzy and all that I remember after that was sitting in a room talking to a Doctor and then the door came flying open and Doctor Shuey was screaming and cursing me.

My wife took me home and gave me a Clonazepam and I fell asleep when I awoke my throat had opened up and I could breath normal and thats when my wife told me what happened,she said that she was explaining to the Doctor that my Doctor had gave me a prescription of Andro Gel Testosterone and that id had an elergic reaction to it and before she could finish Doctor Shuey had stormed in calling me a drug addict and several other names that I cant write,My wife demanded that he look at my throat and bleeding ears and he looked at my throat and screamed his touncels are fine and threw the stick adainst the wall,wrote a prescription of ear drops and told me to get the F%#&^ out of his office(I DONT EVEN HAVE TONSILS)

We scheduled an appointment to see P.A Julie and told her what happened and she was shocked,we then went to Chiefs Drugs where Doctor Shuey had called and spoke to a young man whom kept saying he was sorry over and over again,he said when Doctor Shuey called him he had accidently got me mixed up with someone else and that it was an accident and that he was very very sorry,I told him that it was ok and that accidents happen,on the way home we checked the mail and there was a letter from Doctor MCcellen of the Beatrice Medical Center stating that we had discussions before about me going from Doctor to Doctor trying to get narcotics for my back injury and that he could no longer be my Doctor.

I had met Doctor MCcellen just over a year before,he replaced Doctor Hoffman whom had been my Doctor for years and when he no longer worked at the Beatrice Medical Center they called me and I met Doctor MCcellen once for about 4 minutes,He had all of my prescriptions wrote out for one year and told me that after that year if I had not found a Doctor he would be happy to be my physician and we shook hands and I never saw him again,P.A Julie knew that he had wrote my prescriptions for a year and id never ever once seen another Doctor except when the emergency room told me to go to Doctor Shueys office after my Doctors office told my wife to call the emergency room.

At this time my ears were worse and I had got so weak that I could barely walk but we made it to my Doctors office and I showed the letter to P.A Julie and I asked her to please please investigate me and if she finds out that ive seen or been in any Doctors office for any reason other than Doctor Shuey where the emergency room told my wife to take me then turn me in and never see me as a patient and to take me off all medications.

P.A Julie did in fact investigate and found that I had never ever seen any Doctors period and even wrote a letter stating that but Nebraska Medicaid pushed that aside with other plans for me.

My wife brought home another letter from Nebraska Medicaid stating that I was on a lockdown and could not see any Doctor or fill any prescription and that I could only go to the emergency room which Doctor Shuey was in charge of and that id stay on the Nebraska Medicaid lockdown until I had an over the phone hearing.

I was bedridden & ill for weeks and had no strength or appetite and was losing weight,on the day of the hearing I was so weak that I had to crawl on my hands & knees to the phone.

It was with an Nebraska Medicaid Attorney,Nebraska Medicaid State Pharmacy Personal and a Nebraska Medicaid Judge and all that I kept asking was please name one Doctor that ive went to and they could not,10 days later I recieved a letter stating that I was found guilty of Doctor Shopping for narcotics and that I had to be locked in with one doctor and use one pharmacy,The letter also stated the names of the Doctors three whom worked with Doctor MCcellen at the Beatrice medical center whom ive never seen or even heard of and that Chiefs Drugs Pharmacy testified over the phone that id seen these Doctors,

I called Chiefs Drugs Pharmacy and talked to one of its owners Mike and he said that he was not going to talk about it and hung up on me and then we found out that the guy whom made the mistake was transfered to Davenport Iowa pharmacy the day after he apologised and admitted he had made a mistake but to save face Chiefs Drugs Pharmacy had to stick with the original story,I was so damn angry but I was getting sicker and sicker,I locked in with PA Julie and she gave me a 200 mg injection of testosterone but my testosterone wasn't budging.

My ears had been infected for over a year now and finally Doctor Jackson let me see an ear nose and throat Doctor whom found out I had TMJ or arthritis of the jaw that was causing my severe ear aches from the car accident that crushed my jaw and messed my back up so bad that id be disabled the rest of my life.

Doctor Jackson however would not let me get more than 200 mgs a month of Testosterone and we knew something terrible was wrong!

We were still fighting the Corrupt Nebraska Medicaid and the ilegal Lockin  we were writing every congressional leader in Nebraska but my condition was worsening so P.A Julie set me up for an appointment to see an Encrinologist and he quickly put me on 300 mgs of testosterone and prescribed me 300 mgs of testosterone every 10 days and did more blood tests and it came out positive for Addisons disease but he still wasnt 100% sure.(Addisons Disease is rare, only 1 out of 100.000 people are diagnosed with it) and the Endocrinologist had never dealt with Addisons Disease before.

Doctor Jackson found out and went berserk,He sent P.A Julie to work at a small clinic in cook  NE (Correction,Tablerock NE) and took over my whole case and then vetoed the Encrinologist prescriptions telling me that id have to weigh 400 pounds before id get anymore than 200 mgs a month of Testosterone,The Encrinologist quit seeing me because Doctor Jackson would not let him treat me.

I was suffering severe ear aches for over a year and bedridden for the most part of a full year,My whole body was in more pain than ive ever felt.

Then Doctor Jackson told me that I had a tumor on the right side of my brain and that they were going to have to take out my right eye to beabe to remove the tumor and that he did not believe that I would live through it and sugessted that I say good bye to my friends and loved ones,I started crying and Doctor Jackson started humming without a care in the

world.

I told my wife and we both started crying together and then my wife and I told her daughter/my step daughter Alissa (I concider her my own daughter) and she just lost it and we held her and again cryed with her,I then told my daughter Rachel whom is an California Police Officer and she lost it as well and we cryed and talked about old times and then I told my youngest son Jimmy and his Fiance and we hugged and cryed.

After that I went on my facebook page and told my unofficial adopted kids and they called and we all cryed and I told all of my friends on facebook and even wrote a good bye letter to everyone on facebook and I was still in shock that all my dreams of helping those in need by opening up a grocery store where I would only make 9% of the earnings so that the prices would be cheaper than Wal-Mart and so the poor and Elderly could finally afford to buy all the food they needed.

I also wrote the members of my website and said good bye and thanked them for hanging in there all these years.

My wife wanted me in the Mayo Clinic and believed they might beable to save me.

We knew that we had to get me off of this ilegal lockin for that to happen.

I did videos at liveleak under the name THEC4EXPRESS and sent them to Nebraska Medicaid and other people hoping to get help,we needed away from this doctor but Nebraska Medicaid still said apsolutly not.

Doctor Jackson said he was not only a heart Doctor but had treated Addisons disease before and knew what he was doing and besides what difference did it make,I was going to die one way or another he said to me.

Doctor Jackson was never a heart Doctor and had no schooling or any kind of education in treating Addisons Disease,

he lied to us.

Finally after doing those videos letters and phone calls started pouring in to medicaid and then Ombudsman contacted me.

Ombudsman is suppose to help people that have been done wrong by Hospitals,Nursing homes etc, but we soon found out that they were just another part of Nebraska Medicaid.

Ombudsman told me that I was still on the Doctor and Pharmacy lockin but it was no longer for Doctor Shopping for Narcotics but the charges were now changed to Pharmacy Records (what ever that means)

 
I put on my website a copy of the paper that was sent to me showing pharmacy records between March 2010 and August 2010 on my webpage SmokeyC4 and if you look at the names of the Doctors on the letter 3 of them are from The Beatrice Medical Center where Doctor MCcellen is a Doctor.

What Doctor MCcellen didnt know is that a Doctor in the State of Nebraska can only write out a prescription for Clonazepam for 6 month at a time so when the 6 month ran up Chiefs Pharmacy called into the Beatrice Medical Center for a refill and if Doctor MCcellen wasnt there his nurse would have another Doctor fill it,

I had no idea about this until we looked up the phone numbers of the other two Doctors whoms names were on the list of the copy of the prescriptions that all came from the beatrice medical center,

Nebraska Medicaid however did know this and they knew I had never seen or heard of any of them Doctors and Nebraska Medicaid is suppose to contact every name on the list of Doctors to verify that I had in fact seen these Doctors  and had asked for narcotics for pain.   

but they had never contacted Dr Jackson or P.A Julie or even The Doctors from the Beatrice Medical Center whos name was on the list and they arent suppose to put an emergency room Doctor on there yet they put me down as doctor shopping with Doctor Shuey.

I know that im dieing and I have to get off of this illegal lockin so I contacted Senator Nelson and I countacted LT Governor Sheely whom said they would help but I was running out of time.
Doctor Jackson then prescribed to me 3 steroids and after taking them I was rushed to Bryan East hospital in Lincoln,  We asked for them to contact my Endocrinologist.

My blood pressure was 157 over 147 and I was close to having a stroke,they put two nitroglicerin under my tuong within 30 minutes and hooked up an IV to my arm and  gave me TOPROL, they were fighting to get my blood pressure down,my face was purple and puffed out,

The Doctor admited me to the hospital but after talking to Doctor Jackson he kicked me out the next morning stating that if I wanted to see an Encrinologist id be best to go to Kansas City because id never see one in Nebraska or Iowa,I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown.

I tryed calling The Nebraska Legal Aid (its called something else here I just cant remember the name) Its for the poor whom cant afford a lawyer and they were very nice and I told them what Nebraska Medicaid was doing to me and that I was an innocent man and I told them that I was on SSI and they were very helpful until they ask my name and as soon as I gave them my name they put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then another lady comes on the phone and straight out tells me im not eligable,I ask her how can I not be eligable when im only getting $674.00 a month and she almost yelled,saying your still not eligable,I ask to speak to her supervisor and she said NO! and hung up on me. 

My wife then contacted Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning and begged him to generate the files and pull up the medicaid payments and it would prove my innocents he replyed back that he would send someone in to do just that.

We went to see Doctor Jackson only to be screamed at for going to the hospital and he said that if I ever brought up anything about this Medicaid lockin again someone would kill me!

Doctor Jackson also said that my I Nn R was perfect and as we were walking out of the patient room Doctor Jackson said oh I almost forgot to tell you,You dont have a brain Tumor after all and that it was a simple mistake and then he walks up behind me and grabs both of my shoulders and whispers loudly in my left ear and I quote (I LIKE A CHALLENGE)

My wife helped me to the car and we went home,I told my wife I would die before going back to Doctor Jackson and that Nebraska  Medicaid and Doctor Jackson already killed me anyway and we both hugged and wept.

A few days later we got a phone call from medicaid stating that we could switch to another Doctor anytime we wanted,We were outraged,they knew about the hell we'd gone through,they knew we wanted another doctor,we had begged Nebraska Medicaid over and over again to please let us find another Doctor,telling them what Doctor Jackson was doing and they always said apsolutly not and now they call us and tell us we could have found a new Doctor anytime we wanted,Ive never felt that much rage!

We quickly found another Doctor and he checked my I n R because I also had a blood clot and i was on blood thinner,it turned out that the amount of blood thinner i was prescribed by Doctor Jackson didnt even show up in my blood yet Doctor Jackson two weeks before had said it was perfect,so for a year he had been lieing to me.

I finally had a nervous breakdown,Nebraska Medicaid/Ombudsman had completly destroyed my life and i got my son to buy me a bottle of bourben and when he left id decided to drink myself to death.

I awoke in the hospital and was transfered to the crises center,I was there a week and then I was released and am now seeking counceling over the 18 month of living Hell I had been through.

The day I was released we recieved a letter that stated that I was no longer on the Medicaid Lockin.
Before we could get happy we recieved another letter stating that they were putting me on a pharmacy lockin because they recieved a letter from Doctor Jackson that stated that I was mixing medications with my warfarin blood thinner and that it was dangerous.

Doctor Jackson is the one whom wrote me the prescriptions of steroids that almost killed me and I get put yet on another lockin by Nebraska Medicaid!   !CORRUPT!CORRUPT!CORRUPT!
OMBUDSMAN!    !CURRUPT!CORRUPT!CORRUPT!

No lawyer will take the case,no lawyer will go up against Nebraska Medicaid because as we were told,Attorneys in Nebraska are scared to go up against medicaid because they are Corrupt and they lie and use loop holes to get out of everything including the living HELL they put me through!

Yet Nebraska Medicaid Still Got The Last Laugh By Charging Me For Taking Medicine That My Ex Doctor Prescribed To Me That Almost Killed Me And Im Now On A Pharmacy Lockin Because Doctor Jackson Was Trying To Save Himself For Knowingly Telling Me My I nR Was Fine For A Year When It Wasnt And My New Doctor Had To Adjust My Blood Thinner,We Still Dont Know If I Have Blood Clots Because Of Doctor Jackson.

Ive Never Ever Heard Of A Doctor Writing To Medicaid And Telling Them That I Should Be On A Lockin For The Prescriptions He Himself Wrote For Me And Medicaid Puts Me On A Pharmacy Lockin.

To ad insult to injury Nebraska Medicaid also said that I was trying to pick up my ADHD medication early,ive been on ADHD medicine for most of my life and I know that you cant pick up your ADHD medicine for 30 days and the only time ive ever picked up my ADHD medicine was if the due date was on a Sunday and the pharmacy was closed then and only then would I pick up my ADHD medicine on Saturday.

How Do They Get Away With It? I Still Might Die Because Of The Length Of Time That Ive Been Ill And Not Treated. I need to get into the Mayo Clinic,Nebraska Medicaid has let people that we know personally get into the Mayo Clinic but for me they would rather watch me DIE!

These are Crimes and im going to write to the Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning and plead for him to investigate this,these are crimes that have been commited and changing the charge is as ilegal as you can get.

Why wont any Lawyer help me?I just can not concieve that there isnt one lawyer in Nebraska that wont jump on a case like this,I feel like im in the friggin twilight zone,its simply bizzare.

A lot of things started happening and my family and I had to move quite a few times,I received death threats and many close incounters but I would not stop doing the video shows.Then in the last elections I decided to run for City Council but half way into the campaign I began to get very ill,I was suffering from severe ear aches and bleeding ears and then I began to get very weak.My Dr's PA Julie kept telling Dr Jackson of my illness and he just said it was stress and just gave me ear drops,antibiotics and hydrcodone.Then I was attacked by Nebraska State Medicaid and falsily accused of going from Doctor to Doctor for narcotics for my back,I was put on an illegal lockdown in which I could see no Doctor or recieve any medication,I was on Trial via Telephone and was not allowed to face my accuser,I was not allowed an Attorney and I had to talk to a Nebraska Medicaid Attorney,Nebraska Pharmacy Personal and a Nebraska Medicaid Judge.I was so weak that I had to crawl on my hands and knees to the phone and all that I kept asking was name one Doctor?They could not but 10 days later I was found guilty.It was Criminal and it was a Sham.I was innocent and they knew that I was innocent.I could no longer do SmokeyC4 because after I locked in to see PA Julie Doctor Jackson took over after finding out that I was sent to an Endocrinologist whom diagnosed me with Addisons Disease but because the steroids,vitamins,nutrients,B12 and Testosterone were leaving my body so fast the Endocrinologist had never seen anything like it and it was flushing out of my kidneys faster than Addisons Disease ever does so he wanted a second opinion and was scared because he had never faced anything like this,But before he could get me anymore help Doctor Jackson vetoed all of his prescriptions and took me off of the Testosterone,I was bedridden for the most part of a year.Death was closing in.My wife wrote to every Nebraska congressional leader there is,we called medicaid and wrote medicaid begging for them to let me find another Doctor,We told Nebraska Medicaid over and over again what Doctor Jackson was doing to me and they still said no I could not find another Doctor.I did a couple videos on liveleak under THEC4EXPRESS and at Dailymotion and other sites asking for help.You could see that I was dieing.Finally Senator Nelson and Lt Governor Sheely contacted me and said they would help but time was running out,Finally my wife a nurse of 25 years got ahold of Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruining and begged him to generate my files and pull up the medicaid payments and it would prove my innocence.Attorney General Jon Bruining did and found me 100% innocent,I was taken off the lockin and quickly found another Doctor whom emedeatly gave me testosterone and steroids and vitamin D and B12 and I went back to the Endocrinologist whom tryed to save my life and whom we heard fighting with Dr Jackson and he suddenly and completly changed,as though someone or someones had got to him,He then wanted to shoot insulin in me to see if I would go into shock,I set up an appointment but my wife said no,it could kill me and she was right,The University Of Medicine in Omaha told us to get away from that Endocrinologist and they set me up to see a new Endocrinologist for Monday Sep12th.
Ive got about 30% of strength in my body and thats the most ive had in about 2 years now.Im going to do a SmokeyC4 and I opened up or rebuilt a social networking site id owned for a few years and made it into a political site to fight against corruption and hold lawmakers responsible.My wife and I and a lot of people now think that they were trying to silence me even if it ment killing me.Now im coming after them and im going to get justice for what they put me through,Theres a lot that I left out but for now im hoping its not terminal and then the battle begins between me and Nebraska Medicaid and all that were involved in this conspiricy or just plain crimes commited against me.I hope that many join my site.Thank You For Taking The Time To Read My Profile.
