Another Teen Suicide's Bully May Have Listened To This "Pastor"
By Rev. Dan Vojir
It is obvious that the Christian Right cares little about gay teen suicides or bullying. What is not obvious is the lengths some of its "men of God" will go to enable bullies. "Dr." James David Manning of ATLAH Ministries in NYC's Harlem may be looked upon as a complete buffoon, but please remember that Killer Clowns From Outer Space was a HORROR film!

The link to this flash video was removed for security reasons
. (NOTE: YouTube has removed it because of its hate speech. Blip TV may require a new plug-in for viewing. If you have a problem viewing it, simply go to Manning's website here. It won't make you laugh because you'll be too stupefied to have any reaction. It actually falls in the category of
I-couldn't-make-this-sh*t-up-if-I-tried." Getting past the stammering
and poor grammar ("LGBT agenda - those are the correct alphabets"), the
viewer is assaulted with absolutes such as homosexuality being the
"unforgivable sin," homosexuality leads to bestiality, and "AIDS was
created in the toilet of some homosexual man."
Because
"Dr." Manning believes that your granddaughter could "fall in love with
her dog," he states emphatically that it is the duty of "decent" people
to use pejoratives such as "fag" "bulldaggers" and "sodomite" to bring
attention to the problem. Quite interestingly, he also gets in digs
against the Catholic Church, Ted Haggard, Bishop Eddie Long, Billy
Graham and James Dobson ("Hi fallutin' evangelicals with big names.")
He then caps his rant with the generic "It is not hate."
RAMBLINGS THAT KILL
Don't
let the smoke screen of stupidity fool you: this man's video ramblings
are more horror film than comedy. Just think about the carnage caused
by those killer clowns from outer space!
Another
thought: are there any evangelicals trying to shut him up in the name
of their own "compassionate" Christianity? Hardly. They're comfortable
in the delusion that the James Mannings of the country are harmless.
But tell that to the unfortunate gay teen who resides in Mannning's Harlem.
