This is it, Truthseekers. The last day before the elections. If predictions are correct, after today we'll be talking about Speaker Boehner's plans to unravel Obama's legislative accomplishments with the help of Eric Cantor -- the Gilligan to his Skipper -- as he steers the Ship of State right over the cliff.

The ill-defined "Pledge to America" will be enacted, with its promise of smaller government, tax cuts, spending cuts, and some vague references to "restoring" the Constitution, which could mean anything from banning abortion and/or revoking federal gun control laws, to mandating prayer in school and the teaching of Creation in biology class.

Naturally, repealing Health Care Reform is their Number-Two priority (after taking down Obama by whatever means necessary, including impeachment). Cap and trade energy legislation to prevent Big Corporations from continuing their big pollution of the environment would be DOA. Offshore drilling, drilling in ANWR, drilling everywhere would be permitted. "Drill Baby, Drill" will be the new mantra.

Immigration reform would mean armed border patrols, fences, Arizona-style harassment of "brown people" who "might" not be legal, and blockades to the path of legal citizenship.

The never-ending terror wars will continue, indefinitely, with the rising body count, bankruptcy of the US treasury, and increased participation by Blackwater and other hired mercenary thugs.

The teabaggers promise $100 billion in spending cuts to make government smaller. Of course, there will be no spending cuts on the death machines in Iraq and Afghanistan. So where to cut? Education spending is first on the chopping block.

Next up is all spending for much-needed infrastructure repair as more and more taxpayer money is funneled to fuel the special-interest corporate lobbies that own the GOP (the banksters, the oil barons, the insurance giants et al) and the killing of Muslims in the aforementioned terror wars. Obama's financial reforms also will be rolled back to benefit their corporate masters.
