IMUS'S GIFT TO ALL OF US

Such pain those words caused.
For the Rutger's team.
For black women.
For blacks as a whole.
For CBS and their investors
For MSNBC and its "didn't you learn anything from Michael Savage" punch
to their programming solar-plexus.
To Imus himself, and as the dominos are want to fall, his altruism for
cancer-ridden children, SIDs victims and their families.
All of it, just plain awful.
And with it, an opportunity; a gift;
To learn from other's failures.
Eleanor Roosevelt said, "Learn from other's mistakes. You don't have the
time to make them all yourself."
Of course, we could discount that opportunity and instead look for more
sinners to pile on.
"Mr. Sharpton, are you now going to apologize for supporting Tawana
Brawley?"
