According to the Telegraph.co.uk , The Chinese Military instigated a cyber-attack against the Pentagon and shut-down their network for over a week!

Chinese military ‘hacked into Pentagon’

The Chinese military shut down the Pentagon’s computer network for more than a week during an unprecedented cyber attack, according to leaked reports of an internal investigation.

Chinese weapons ‘reach Taliban’

China has flatly denied the allegation, dismissing it as a product of “Cold War” thinking.

However, American officials claim the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has been implicated.

One US official told the Financial Times that an internal investigation had revealed the exact provenance of the attack in June this year, believed to be the most successful cyber-attack ever carried out on the Pentagon. MORE

I am absolutely amazed that China has become so arrogant, but am not surprised by their expertise, as this hasn’t been the first major Cyber-Attack! Justanothercoverup was, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the first, or one of the first Blogs to begin a series of articles that spelled-out in detail the harm to our national security that Wal-Mart and other’s corporations, attempting to cash-in on the massive profits in outsourcing most of our industry and food imports through China was causing to our country. We were promptly labeled as Wal-Mart haters and I was accused of “hating capitalism”, and on more than one occasion, insinuations were made that I was attempting to be a “sensationalist.”

This is the story where I detailed the first Cyber-Attack against American Military systems in the Far-East, plus a host of other reasons China is becoming so dangerous; please note that it links to another article that was written in 2005.:

China and North Korea - Which poses the Greatest Threat?

My point is the obvious danger it poses to America’s National Security to keep doing huge amounts of Business with China, when there is conclusive evidence they are using those profits against us, and only now is the MSM barely acknowledging the risk and dangers that China is posing to American interests. Look at the huge amount of tainted food products that American consumers have ingested, and still, none of us know the long-term effects. Prisoners and mental hospital patients were issued tainted tooth paste from China, and how many pets did we lose in the melamine scandal? How many of our children will suffer from the long-term effects of lead in paint found on toys that seem to be re-called on a regular basis. When will “enough be enough?” There are individuals who have died in central America from drinking medicine preparations imported from China, so yes, human lives have been also been lost!

Now they are buying American property and acquiring enormous control over America’s decisions in regard our massive debt and China has been placed in a position of economic power, thanks to a greedy and corrupt system of corporate malfeasance that is destroying our country. If we have to import massive amounts of “something” from China to appease the beast, make it cotton, and use the fertile southern farmland for producing sugar cane and sugar beets, and then begin lowering our own food costs as we move away from corn as the base for ethanol. Our food supply is a national security issue, and over 40% of our food is imported. We were one of the greatest agricultural powerhouses in the world, and now we import much of our food, and no one really knows how much of it is tainted.

There is protectionism, and then there is common-sense, and allowing another nation to be in control of the nations food supply is utter madness, especially when they demonstrate time and time again that they are not friends, but adversaries that are bleeding us dry. The time has come for Americans to speak-out on a number of issues, and China is turning-out to be much more of a problem than anyone had previously envisioned.
