The piece --as I currently envision it-- has two main elements. What the order of the two elements will be I'm still pondering.
One element is the idea that "There is Only One Scandal." A lot of people think that the Bushites are beset by so many scandals that the American public can't hold onto the picture, and thus that the very multiplicity of their exposed misdeeds is a kind of protection for the administration.
My idea is to say that it is time for a campaign to simplify the picture by showing how all the pieces are part of one basic story. And that story is that the Bushites are morally bankrupt.
Here's the help I would like to request. I would like to generate a list of Bushite scandals. I want to include every scandal that involves some specific act of wrong-doing (lying, law-breaking, etc.) and that has been adequately covered by the mainstream media that any reasonably attentive American citizen would have at least some awareness of the factual basis of the scandal.
Please note: I am asking for specific instances of wrong-doing, and only for those that Americans who have been attentive to, say, the national network news broadcasts would recognize as based on fact.
Finally, if you choose to help, I would also like to encourage you to identify the deeper reality about the Bushites that the scandal in question substantiates. For example, each specific lie that this administration has told points to the larger and deeper truth that the Bushites are liars.
By this means, I'm hoping, the multiplicity of specific scandals can be simplified into a readily comprehensible, straightforward picture of the morally debased nature of these Bushite forces (both in the White House and on Capitol Hill).

I look forward, gratefully, for whatever help is forthcoming.
