House Bill 1955 is the measure given to George W. Bush by 404 members of Congress. Its intended use is to shackle and silence those who dare speak truth, questioning the present direction of the Fascist State in America.

“If you think it we can incarcerate or kill you,” speaks the undertone of the measure. This administration has been making ready the facilities, which include cremation chambers. While this formalizes their intended direction the agenda to train police has been in motion for some time now.

In September I attended a meeting of the National Federation of Republican Women. After the luncheon, which was a rather nice salad, came the speaker; in this case a local deputy sheriff whose supposed topic was gang violence. I listened politely, though the fact that schools have miserably failed children while continuing to cost ever more and deliver instead of education meaningless pseudo history that is actually outrageous disinformation was not actually lost on many of the ladies attending.

The deputy droned on, pointing to the jerry-rigged screen on which he was projecting the slides from his computer. We viewed tattoos (nasty looking) strange hairdoos, and young people who looked sad. We were told they were members of gangs identifying themselves by colors. The deputy, who did not look unlike them, actually, told us enthusiastically about the history of their respective gangs.

Then, about a third of the way through the presentation, my ears pricked up. It is not normally easy to shock me but this did.

The rather squat deputy sheriff was describing political dissent as a form of gang activity. Laboriously he explained that trying to change American government was criminal. A chill ran through my back. I looked around. The ladies were looking at him quizzically; I could tell that this had moved beyond their ability to comprehend the meaning. We had just entered the world of corporate fascism at a NFRW meeting in a small town in middle America.

The world will never be the same again; It will be better because real Americans are not going to put up with this. Freedom is something Americans have taken for granted but it is something they will not give up without a fight. William Wallace would have understand the threshold just passed. The Bruce would have picked up his battle ax and smote the speaker down.

So when the House passed 1955 the following did not surprise me. I had been warned that day at my local NFRW meeting, right between the Pledge of Allegiance and the closing prayer.
