DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz. She hasn't been the same since that house fell on her sister.

Yesterday, OEN Editor-in-Chief, Rob Kall noted, "The top two headlines today show growing evidence that the DNC -- the Democratic National Committee -- is not democratic, and not a committee. It is an authoritarian fiefdom being run by Hillary insiders, headed by serial liar Debbie Wasserman-Schultz."

The first article he referenced was Top Party Official Accuses Democratic National Chairwoman of Lying and Questions Her Leadership:

"R.T. Rybak, the former mayor of Minneapolis and a vice chairman of the Democratic National Committee, on Thursday accused the party's leader, Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz, of making "flat-out not true" statements about another top party officer, questioned her political skills and said he had "serious questions" about her suitability for the job."

"The broadside from Mr. Rybak, which came in an interview late Thursday afternoon, followed weeks of internal party dissension over the number and timing of the presidential debates it has scheduled, capped by an acrimonious public dispute over whether Ms. Wasserman Schultz had punitively barred a Democratic vice chairwoman, Tulsi Gabbard, from the first debate, held on Tuesday in Las Vegas. The comments from Mr. Rybak were notable in part because he is not known as a public complainer."

The second article Rob referenced was Democratic National Committeewoman says her party is 'clearing a path' for Hillary Clinton

In that article, David Martosko says, "Speaking on the condition that she isn't identified, (the committeewoman) told Daily Mail Online that the party is in the tank for Clinton, and the women who run the organization decided it 'early on.'... The committeewoman is supporting one of Hillary's rivals for the Democratic nomination, and said she spoke freely because she believes the former Secretary of State is benefiting from unfair favoritism inside the party."

Inspired by these and by Rob's article, DNC Revealed as Un-democratic, Top-Down Authoritarian Election Rigging Fiefdom Run By Hillary Insiders, I decided not to wait for Moveon.org, RootsAction, PDA (Progressive Democrats of America), et. al., to do something. I started all by myself. Bottom-up.

So I wrote this to the DNC:

As a Democrat, I would like to see MORE rather than FEWER debates. The more debates there are, the more informed citizens can be. I see the restriction of the number of debates as an effort to restrict the education of citizens. Things like restricting the debates, which looks suspiciously like it is being done to give advantage to one particular candidate, are what strongly encourage me to leave the Democratic party, of which I have been a member for over 40 years.

I should have said "reluctant" member! Or, "default" member. Ah, hindsight...

Here's the link to the DNC contact page if you'd like to let them know what you think.

And/or you can write to them the old-fashioned way:

Democratic National Committee
