Americans somehow can't come to grips with the facts that Republicans really value nothing other than self-interest for the privileged and protected economic exploitation of the majority of real people, and the Democrat politicos really lust the same "fringes" or feel they cannot "honestly" compete for office without private (now legally secret) funding and therefore also must join in the bribery and sponsored perks, with both parties fooling their perhaps honest but sappy partisans with bullshit such as the Lesser-Evil-Choice, Obama Care, the War-on-Terror, etc, etc, ad nauseam.

A large part of , if not THE solution would be to outlaw all private political donations and inducements(read: bribes) and to mandate public financing -- which would promote much more honest political actions and in the long run be much, much cheaper for all of us.

It is uncertain if the American electorate is comatose to its own best interests or simply moronic. History suggests, however, that we need to wake up before others lose their patience with our political imbecility and give us a jolt from elsewhere.
