LONG BEACH, California. August 19, 2008. Newly-formed We Are Change Long Beach (WACLB), one of the latest chapters of a rapidly-growing international grassroots organization promoting peaceful social change, charged out of the gates Tuesday evening by schooling Long Beach City Council on the looming danger of the covertly-created North American Union -- officially known as the Security and Prosperity Partnership CLICK HERE: http://www.spp.gov -- which was formed in 2005 without Congressional oversight, nor notice to the American people and is gradually and stealthily merging the economies of the United States, Canada and Mexico into one giant superstate modeled after the European Union.
Feeling a sense of urgency due to the mainstream media blackout on the issue, WACLB member, Shannon Sheridan, bravely stood up and issued the following dire warning to her local city council: "I suggest to everybody in this room that you Google, or do an internet search, on the North American Union, because our country is in danger ... "

"My name is Shannon Sheridan. I'm a life-long resident of the city of Long Beach. I'm here to educate you on a subject that you'll never hear about, because the media will not report the truth. I'm here to educate you about the truth of the North American Union, which is the sale of our sovereignty and the end of the United States as we know it. I am telling you this, because this will directly affect everybody in this room; every citizen of Long Beach; and every American in these United States. The North American Union is being created in secret by criminal elements in the United States government without the consent of Congress and the knowledge of the American people. It will effectively end our national sovereignty and merge the United States with Mexico and Canada -- erasing our borders. This is precisely why the U.S. government is not protecting our southern borders. The formation of the European Union is the blueprint to construct the North American Union. In multiple acts of treason, our U.S. government is illegally creating a North American Union by having secret meetings and deceptive doubletalk to implement their plan. This plan incorporates a superhighway system called the NASCO Corridor and an international trade port in Kansas City, Missouri called the Smart Port -- which communist China is heavily invested in -- and a military force merging Mexican, Canadian and British troops. There are also plans to change our monetary system to a new base --the Amero, like the Euro. The value of our dollar is deliberately being diminished to facilitate the transition. George Bush Sr. spoke of the New World Order in 1991 and it is coming to fruition. The New World Order is a diabolical plan for a one-world government without the knowledge, or consent, of the American people. The end of national sovereignty will also be the end of our personal freedom. The American mainstream media is controlled by the Rockefeller families through a private and secretive international pressure group known as the Council on Foreign Relations. The media is not reporting this to the American people -- they are hiding it. I suggest to everybody in this room that you Google, or do an internet search, on the North American Union, because our country is in danger and I'm telling you the truth, because I've researched this extensively.
