In Virginia, the Seal of the Commonwealth shows a woman warrior with her foot on the chest or the neck of a prostrate male soldier. The image is a fair warning to fathers in Virginia if they ever go to "war" in the corrupt Courts of Virginia where members of the Bar have become a Bar to Liberty, or rather a legal Bar against Liberty, Justice, and the American Way.

Did you know that Virginia, and for that matter other states, receives federal taxpayer dollars in grants from the U.S. Department of Justice for each "inmate" held in a jail, or the modern euphemism, or lawyer "weasel wording" where a jail is called a "detention facility".

Did you hear that some of the "detention facilities" are run by private corporations on state contract, sell stock, have board of directors, and some judges are stockholders or directors?

Do you perceive a potential "conflict of interest" whereby a judge who has the power of Liberty or "Death to Liberty by being Jailed", can get ill gotten gains by his Order of a man to "his" jail?

Have you heard of "Imputed Income" whereby a judge can say that a father who has never made more than $2500 per month, or $30,000 per year, SHOULD BE ABLE to earn $45,000, or $60,000 per year, and so based on that "judicial opinion" sets a Child Support Order on a father that is unrealistic, and unjust. Who cares? It is only a father sent to jail, not a mother! What about the Winchester judge who suspended 10 felony counts of jail for a woman, yet hours before denied release or Home Electronic Monitoring a father jailed for inability to pay a purge?

Why not say that a judge should be able to earn twice as much as he does in judge's salary? Oh yeah, maybe just that is what the "just jurist" is doing, adding to his income by returns on his investments in some private "detention facility", where he can send extra "business", extra fathers "behind" on "imputed income" child support Orders, to his own investment - "his" jail?

Sure enough, the father inevitably falls behind, so is -- jailed -- on Civil "Contempt of Court" for disobeying the judge's imputed income "Order". Because it is a "CIVIL Contempt" the father is denied the Constitution RIGHT to a Trial by JURY, on the judicial fiction that "HE holds the keys to his jail cell, by merely paying a "purge fee". The "purge fee" in the case of Dan Shadwell of Winchester is $6000, when he has at most made $2500 per month. So in effect, the judge is saying "Go rob a bank to keep from going to jail on Child Support, but fails to say, there is jail for bank robbery." Yet in Truth, the judge would be an accomplice, or "instigator" of the robbery.

So that is the process the "just judge" sets in motion. Set an unrealistic and unjust amount for a father to pay Child Support, and oh, let's not forget to force the father to pay the lawyer fee of the "poor, abused mother" who often the only "abuse" was the husband saying "No" we can not keep buying you new pairs of shoes or new dresses, expensive vacations, or "girls nights out".
