Request for an Administrative Order rescinding the approval for Aspartame submitted to the Chief Federal Judge for Maryland, James Bredar, in whose jurisdiction is both the USA's Food and Drug Administration, as well as Fort Detrick, Maryland, where Donald Rumsfeld recruited the now deceased Arthur Hull Hayes, formerly a Medical Doctor, to leave his position dealing with biological weaponry to become FDA Commissioner, in charge of 30% of the USA's Economy, (being either pharmaceutical exports or manufactured food products).
