Many of us are incensed at blatant "irregularities" in the NY State presidential primary, that news media euphemism for outright fraud and theft of votes. The disenfranchisement of some 200,000+ voters is not a trivial offense. It means that someone or some group has stolen a pivotal election, and it must not stand if we are to retain faith in our Democratic system.
Please go to Federal Court for an order to redo the entire NY Primary based on civil rights violations. Please ask that they decertify prior results as bogus. Such a request should be entirely sought as appropriate relief, based on Federal Civil Rights and Election law violations.
The criminality and related indictments can be determined later. You could first ask for a de-certification ruling from the Federal Court. After all, 200,000+, and perhaps as many as 350,000 were denied their right to vote.
We look forward to your response on this, especially given your long line of Wall Street convictions, plus that of Sheldon Silver and the Speaker of the Assembly.
We can try to discern what part different parties played in this action later, along with the appropriate assessments of criminality and the subsequent indictments.

I am writing to ask you to file a request in Federal Court for an order to redo the New York primary, based strictly on the civil rights violations. These 200,000+ disenfranchisements are very strong grounds for granting this relief, starting with a federal order for the decertification of the prior results as bogus.
I am a mathematical analyst with experience dating to the time of the proposal to certify electronic voting machines for use in US elections. I strongly suspect there has been rigging of the primary vote count in New York this year. For the integrity of US elections I ask that you take this unprecedented action. There are many undisputed facts, as well as shady probabilities that as part of this equation, do in fact point to a contaminated electoral process.
126,000 Voters Dropped from Voting Rolls
Shortly before the election, 126,000 Democrats in Brooklyn alone were purged from the rolls. This is so significant that Mayor de Blasio (who is himself a Hillary Clinton supporter) demanded an explanation. Voters were removed for a number of reasons, often because they were "inactive
Voter Registrations Changed on a Massive Scale
Party affiliations were changed, and while many people can give their
experience, no one was curious enough about it to look into some kind of software hack. It's ridiculous that there is so much burden placed on voters. Voters should not be expected to travel to a court, speak to a judge, and receive a court order to vote.
Voters refused ballots
This is just an unknown amount, but added together with what we do know,
it further complicates any claim that this was a fair primary.
No Working Machines; This speaks for itself.
The fact that New York had the 2nd lowest turnout up to the time of the
NY Primary. This is unacceptable, when so many people showed up to vote.
Voters Listed in Wrong Location; "provisional affidavits?"
Come on! I think we all know into which pile those ended up.
Three million voters left out of the process because they weren't properly affiliated with the party.
Only the highly savvy political animals would have known to change their affiliation 6 months prior to the Primary here. That is not a kind of rule that invites voters and it is deemed by many to equate to voter suppression.
