Article 9 -- Of The Third American Direct Democracy Constitution.
Some Rules Of The Direct Democracy Republic Constitution Ratification Process.
The Ratification of a 51% Majority Citizen Registered Vote, accumulated from all the Fifty States, shall be sufficient for the Establishment of this "First Part" of this New Constitution.
The tally of the votes will be the collected sum from the entire nation and is not final until all of the States have finished their voting process. It is considered Fair for this total vote tally approach, because the population distribution of Our Nation is the way it is in the "Natural Demographic Course of Historical Events". The population distribution is what it is, for good Life, Economic and Social reasons, and cannot be easily changed. It is appropriate to collectively tally the votes of the Will of a Majority of the American Citizenry throughout Our American Sovereign Territory, BEFORE an announcement of this new constitution ratification, or failure of ratification is made.
The exception to this ruling, can occur, if a majority number of States refuses, through the Will Of The Refusing State's Citizens to initiate this constitution ratification process. This social occurrence will be the signal of the failure to ratify and establish this New American Constitution.
Further Education of The People and deliberations would be indicated.
Coercion of the population, from the lawful and legal authorities, operating under the auspices of the Second American Constitution, as regards this ratification process, is NOT acceptable. Stand down "Law Enforcement" and "Military". Do not allow your vested authority to become a tool of tyranny. Allow and support the Will Of The American People. Respect no law of tyranny that orders you to stand against The Will Of The People"as it is expressed in this Peaceful Direct Democracy Governance Process.
Or, better yet, stand with your People. Protect them and be on the True side of Right.
If successful, this initial "Citizen Ratification" will usher in and establish, the necessary changes that reconstructs the New National "Volunteer and Advisory House Of Representatives", the "Volunteer and Advisory Senate" and especially the New "Volunteer House Of The American People"; with its "Attendant and Supportive Sea to Sea Voting Network of Responsible American Citizens". ("National Citizen Support and Vote Legislative System") that bears the "Final Decision Responsibility" for the unending legislative conductance of the structure and governance of Our Land.

The First Signature, written in National Convention by the hopefully Unanimous endorsement or, at least, the Majority Consent of the States and The True Direct Democracy Republic Citizen American People, on the _____Date___.
