Dear Representative Frank, Senators Kerry and Kennedy:
On Friday, April 25, 2008, in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, a dairyman, Mark Nolt, was arrested and removed from his property by state troopers for selling unadulturated milk. After the arrest, six state troopers of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture trespassed onto his property, and stole $20-25,000 of his product and equipment.
Given the prohibition of alcohol could only go into effect when the 18th Amendment was ratified, it's impossible for a regulation banning the sale of raw milk to be legally operative until a federal statute is ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of the several States, as provided for in the Constitution.
Therefore, the arrest of the dairyman for the sale of unadulturated raw milk and the theft of the dairyman's equipment was illegal, constituting kidnapping and grand larceny.
Please expose the legality of the sale of unadultured raw milk widely and publicly.
