Text of Petition:
We the people on behalf of Presidential Candidate, Bernard "Bernie" Sanders, hereby declare a Class Action Lawsuit against the Democratic National Committee and all involved State, Federal and Local officials including polling officials, volunteers and outside companies, acting on or in their behalf aiding and abetting are also complicit to the terms of this lawsuit in accordance to the law on the basis of Election Fraud believed to be perpetrated by the DNC and other complicit officials.Why is this important?
Based on U.N. standards for fair elections discrepancies of margin of error of votes to exit polls suggest election fraud being 99.2% likely, with other points to back this up as well with unexplained poll closings, voter suppression, and insufficient voting data leading to returned or uncounted ballots. We are filing a petition for this lawsuit as the officials are believed to be in violation of 18 U.S. Code  §"595.Interference by administrative employees of Federal, State, or Territorial Governments and are subject to the penalties of up to 1 year in prison and hefty fines.

I have information and evidence to support these claims and have a lot of saved information for the sole purpose of backing up the claims of the petition.We also have had the issue of republicans as well voting in the primary in conjunction with the DNC and current administration to skew the election results, also connections to the voting machines and the companies funding them.
There are a lot of discrepancies in the exit polls and now with the Covid-19 pandemic happening, they put people's lives at risk by ignoring the CDC and punishing states that postpone the election for that reason. The Democratic Party is undemocratic.

I am from a long line of die-hard, working democrats, and had given up on politics and the party until Bernie announced his 2016 run. Just as We the People desperately needed a hero when FDR brought us back from the brink, Bernie is the hero, and the grassroots movement of HOPE, we so desperately need now. No one else has pledged his whole life to working for US as he has. I want my kids to feel secure and safe enough to have kids of their own someday, and that their gov't works for THEM, and that their voices are heard and their votes matter.
