A Standard Of Decency For "Self Governance"
The left limitation of this standard is "Too Little Self Governance"; as in:
(1) Not enough of the "Qualified Us" making governance decisions. (Initially this might be the case, until a large enough "People's House Cadre" can be organized.)
(2) The self governance decisions not coming fast enough to achieve needed efficient and effective responses to Our Nation's Needs.
The right limitation of this standard is "Too Much Self Governance"; as in:
(1) Too much deliberation and discussion that causes a non-beneficial "drag" on the governance process. (It might become important to design an "anti-filibuster standard" that encourages a guideline for the length of time for governance decision deliberations and discussions.)
(2) The Citizens forget to consider the issue for others and over focus on the effect to themselves.
The center quality area of this standard would be achievement of self governance decisions by the right amount of Citizen Participants and in the ideal time frame.
The more the Citizen Participation, the more the "Quality" of the decision making process.
