The first phase of the petition transmitted to NY AG Schneiderman two days ago has been given to the Director of his Civil Rights Bureau in Albany, Lourdes Rosado.
What could be more of an obvious violation of New York and United States Civil Rights statutes than denying 150,000 African Americans and Hispanic Americans the right to vote by purging them intentionally from the polls! When you take the time to read the OpEdNews compilation of comments by the petition's signers, it is clear that the victims of this are not just in the Bronx and in Brooklyn!

3858 people have thus far signed petition for a new NY Primary!
What a tremendous ally you could be just by speaking about this petition to news editors, plus sending your own letter to NY AG Eric Schneiderman, asking him to request a redo of this egregious NY Primary, which needs to be done over because of the unprecedented disenfranchisements and many other failures.
Not only would you be standing up for what is right, but also this would help Bernie Sanders in the remaining states if Eric Schneiderman were to very soon request an injunction against certifying the NY results, regardless of the audit, and ask for a court order for a new primary to be held. If they have been certified, which I doubt, given the investigation going on, we should ask him to DECERTIFY THEM!
