Our Unaffordable Bill of Rights

Having reaped their mountain of lucre and gained unassailability from the laws of the land, our masters can no longer afford the threat posed by our Bill of Rights to protect the best interests of the mere citizens.
The President of the United States is the most powerful person in the world .... well, immediately under his moneyed masters, of course.  He is, however, at least to the foreign world, the symbol of American power and atop the hierarchy of American aggression, "extreme rendition," torture, spying, economic exploitation both domestic and international, militant Zionism, and the inter-hemispheric never-ending War of Lies.
As such, he needs to be the most protected person in the history of mankind, and a major justification for the unconstitutional "security" provisions, along with of course the protection of his masters' lucre and perhaps self-justified paranoia.  Hence the raison d'etre for the shredding of our Bill of Rights and the massive and still mounting domestic spying, invasion of our telephone and email conversation, "security" cameras furtively mounted in public places, warrant-less search and seizure, et al., the totality of which lamentably progresses to the ignorance and even with the support of much of the naive, indoctrinated, flag-waving electorate.

Thomas Jefferson, the Adams brothers, James Madison and company had a solution for action in such a sorry state of affairs, one word we dare not re-enunciate here for fear of a midnight tap on the door.
The solution we seem to be drifting toward -- as supported by the polling statistics -- is the elevation of Hillary atop the dais of power.  This aged writer, nine-year vet of military intelligence, and passive atheist shudders in his shoes at this, and can now comprehend, even appreciate my church-going friends' evocation:  "May God protect and defend the American people!"

Leaving behind a treacherous government now addicted to perpetual war, its limitlessly greedy and power-lusting masters, as well as the retarded albeit smirky Republicans and their evermore clonish Democrat colleagues, a braindead electorate (more...)
