I'm sick of hearing that our movement is leaderless. On the contrary, it is leaderfull, or at least becoming so.
We don't have people at the top, because there is no "top".
We reject hierarchy. We nominate representatives of each workgroup or caucus to
report to the General Assembly, but that person can easily be replaced if we think there is someone who can more
effectively present the view of the group.
And we are constantly being trained. There are teach-ins on a vast number of subjects -- economics, racism, nonviolence, listening to name a few. That is at Occupy Seattle, which is the only one I know personally.
