The title of this article makes the writing of it unnecessary, but then it wouldn't be an article, so here goes. I keep seeing electronic headlines accusing the Obama administration of failing to keep his promise of transparency. Now, it has been revealed that Hillary Clinton had a private server with classified documents on it that was hacked. Seems to me that all of these stories need to be told as one.
Security breaches caused the administration to take extreme measures. I don't agree with its stance regarding whistle-blowers, but this was a major crisis early in the first term.
Fast forward to today. We now know that there was unprecedented shenanigans in full effect at the Department of State.
