This is yet another of the rather loopy rulings that could sneak by unless you notice.
The American Veterinary Association (as protectionist a mob as the AMA), along with Pharma Animal suppliers (handy way to add sales of psych drugs, and other toxic meds - Yes they are now peddling anti-anxiety meds to a lot of animals!), are pushing to have Safer/ Alternatives, to" Vet Only" solutions for animal remedies, Banned!
Yes- to perform Chiropracty on your horse or dogs, would be illegal, steroids and anti inflammatory drugs, would be the only legal option.
To use a Homeopathic travel herb combo, would not be on, A commercial pill is the answer again.
To use natural clay for tummy issues, or offer it to a neighbour, could become considered as "offering treatment" and illegal, too, from the way this reads.
It is an awful lot like the, herbal and supplements rulings. No Health Claim can be made, for a product that has been used safely for hundreds of years if not longer. Ie even a food choice, eat more carrots. for better vision( yes it can work) But a carrot pill is so much handier! But it cannot be advertised in any way that says it does "effect a cure" or treat an illness.
Could our Right to seek Natural Treatment for Pets be Denied?
