We have faith, however, that the impetus must come from you rather than be lost in a pile of White House petitions. 200,000 civil rights violations is already of great interest to the Department of Justice and the United States Attorney General, and I am certain that they would join in on your efforts by amicus curiae filings, as well as other plaintiffs.

[Please ask former Labor Secretary Reich, as I have yesterday, to champion this petition and to write about this goal of a new clean New York Primary. At this time, Reich's support for this is absolutely crucial and so is Bernie's. If only he would talk about the hijacked NY primary in just one speech. That might wake up the press who thus far has swept all of these concerns under the rug. Bernie's strongest supporters in the states with the most serious purging are feeling abandoned.]
