Honorable Attorney General and Civil Rights Bureau Director:
pac.petitions.moveon.org/sign/a-new-new-york-primary
At this moment, 5682 have signed it. As author of this petition, we welcome your response and request your reply early next week. In the absence of your reply or if you decline to move forward, please be so kind as to let us know so that we may redirect the effort to President Obama. We have faith, however, that the impetus must come from you rather than be lost in a pile of White House petitions. 200,000 civil rights violations is already of great interest to the Department of Justice and the United States Attorney General, and I am certain that they would join in on your efforts by amicus curiae filings, as well as other plaintiffs.
Respectfully, Stephen Fox 505 983-2002
