(53) The Right to expect, design and build, a More Fair and Just Society that continuously moves toward the "Highest Ideals and Morals" that We are aware of that emanate from Our Most Advanced Teachings This Right includes the Moral Justification to limit the "excesses" of capitalism, so long as it doesn't unjustly prevent the ideal perspectives and Life enhancing activities of The Prosperity Quest. Developing a Dynamic Balance between wealth and poverty that serves as Many of the American People as possible is the goal here.
(54) The Right of a Well Educated Majority Of The People, to take responsibility for and maintain, the enlightened control of Governance Of Our Nation, as a Sovereign People, for the sake of a "Better Society", which will help Our World be a Better place for More of Us.
The Responsibility of this Right is to diligently exercise Governance Power to maintain a Workable Balance between the Great Worker Middle Class and the "superior" special interest "Few" who rise above the "Middle". We must always remember that it is often the "Best" of the "Few", that "raises the bar" of Individual Achievement, that increases the overall quality of the State Of Our Society. The Honest High Achievers, in service to the whole nation, are the destiny spearing tip of Us, who are the blade, shaft and shield of Our Culture. It is Our Duty to protect these True Elite (as opposed to the little "e" elite), as they lead Us in becoming More and Better.
