Is there a magic wand to fix America?

For several years I, like millions of other Americans, have grown increasingly despondent over the acts of the Bush administration.  Their attacks on the Constitution and individual freedoms have been the most pernicious ever in the history of the office.  No matter how hard we of the opposition have tried by writing, marching, petitioning and protesting, it often seems to have not had any effect whatsoever.  As always, it's business as usual for the washington/wallstreet crowd regardless of our protestations.
Fox (faux) news continually babbles the same swill about how great things are going and what  fine leadership we have guiding our country through this dangerous time of extreme radical islamic terrorism.
Those who have paid attention now know that we have reached utterly heady heights in hypocrisy, decrying freedom and democracy while bombing innocent women and children by an admitted bombing doctrine that, as long as we (the US) kill ONE terrorist, it's alright if we kill as many as THIRTY INNOCENT WOMEN AND CHILDREN.  Just try to keep it under 30 innocent, ok guys?
Proclaiming our "just cause" while survivors of Katrina sweltered in fear, waiiting in the Superdome for federal help that came too late for many. Touting "democratic principles"  while calling off elections in Iraq, fearing that leaders who are not "administration friendly" might be chosen by the Iraqi people.  So much for "American principles!" Small wonder then we have become the laughing stock of the world, as equally feared as we are reviled.
While many look to the upcoming presidential election as an opportunity to set things right, I, for one, do not.  You can bet your bottom dollar if Barack Obama is elected there will be no new 9-11 investigation and no criminal charges filed against any current administration members. Just as when Gerald Ford became president, all will be swept under the rug for the sake of "national unity." To me this is unacceptable. All crimes should be prosecuted under full power of the law regardless of who commits them.  If they are not subject to law then our Republic is dead, and the dreams of freedom and democracy have already been tossed in the great dungheap of failed empires.
If electing new leadership to the white house will not fix America, what can? Thanks to the diligence and hard work of such people as Greg Palast, Bev Harris and Brad Friedman there is a way. Their documentation of our spoiled and rigged electoral process has made a window of opportunity that we must seize and seize now.
This is the good parts folks, hang on to your hats!.... If it can be proven that the presidential elections of 2000 and 2004 were fraudulent,  EVERY SINGLE LAW SIGNED BY GEORGE BUSH WOULD BECOME NULL AND VOID. That's right folks! EVERY LAW SIGNED BY GEORGE BUSH will revert to a  bill that has passed both the House and the Senate, but has yet to be signed by the President. Without the Presidential signature, it ISN'T yet a law.
We CAN turn back the clock 8 years and although we cannot undo the damage done to the people of Iraq and Afghanistan, we truly CAN make much of the legal legacy of Bush and Co. disappear!
Imagine NO Patriot Act I or II....... NO Warner Defense Act of 2006 ......NO Help America Vote Act....NO Department of Homeland Security......you see the enormous potential here, right?.
YES AMERICA, THERE IS A MAGIC WAND AND WE CAN FIX THIS COUNTRY.
I truly believe that this is the most crucial juncture in our nation's history. We Americans must throw their our full support to the efforts of those who can prove that the Presidential elections have been fraudulent over the last 8 years.  This our best and brightest hope.
We can reinvestigate 9/11, we can bring our troops home from Afghanistan and Iraq, we can become a great nation and  a respected member of the international community. It is time to prove that our elections, and subsequently our country, have been stolen and restore power to the people by preserving our constitution and electoral processes. This is our magic wand, long may it wave.
