First they came for the Socialists, and we did not speak out, because we were not Socialists. Then they came for the Communists, and we did not speak out, because we were not Communists. Now they have come for the Haitians, and if we don't speak out for them, when they eventually come for us, there won't be anyone left to speak on our behalf. Once again the International Community is completely undermining the Haitian government.
*They want Haiti to remain in a state of instability while they split Haiti's donation money among themselves.
*They are covering up their own failures by blaming the Haitian government.
*They covered up the assassination of Brazilian Army General Urano Teixeira da Matta Bacellar.
*They promptly responded to the January earthquake with 20,000 soldiers and a 18 naval ship blockade circling the island.
*They blocked off critical aid movements in Haiti after the quake to mobilize instead more troops with guns.
*They determine which results are to be published, when and how to organize elections.
*They demanded Haiti hold credible elections if it wants to hold onto their support.
*They challenged the vote results by claiming massive fraud allegations.
*They directly threatened to leave Haiti if votes are ignored, as if they have been doing such an outstanding job.
*They discharged Ricardo Seitenfus for Advocating for Haiti and speaking out against their shenanigans.
*They denied Haitian political parties (Lavalass) and now (Inite) their rights to participate in the elections.
*They bullied the OAS and CARICOM into endorsing the election.
*They persistently urge Haiti to accept OAS' recommendations.
*They want Haiti to build a new country based on a rushed premature election, where fraudulent ballots were the norms.
They want a second tour, even though at first they affirmed that there were too many fraudulent ballots to consider the election results to be legitimate. They revoked the visas of Haitian officials. Oh! No, there's no intimidation here, no external interference there at all, because according to international law regarding diplomatic duties and responsibilities, foreign officials are prohibited from interfering on political affairs of the country to which they are attached. They haven't done any of that in Haiti. As a matter of fact, that would make them hypocrites. Hypocrisy is not the correct word I would like to use in reference to these people, given that the proper word to depict them hasn't been invented yet, but "hypocrite" will have to do. In any other country, this election would have been annulled. What other improper behaviors have these hoodlums exercised lately?
As Seitenfus declared, "I had hoped that with the plight of January 12, the world would understand that it had got it wrong with Haiti. Unfortunately, it has reinforced the same policy. Instead of taking stock, we sent more soldiers. We must build roads, erect dams and participate in the organization of the state, the judicial system. The UN says it has no mandate for that. Its mandate in Haiti is to keep the peace of the cemetery".
The never ending International intent is on putting whomever they want in charge of Haiti. This has been done continuously since the 1900's. Under the supervision of the United States Marines, they elected Philippe Sudrà © Dartiguenave President. Dartiguenave was replaced by Louis Borno, who ruled without a legislature. They effectively imposed double agents (Borno-Russell connection) and the people screamed. After endless coups, elections were finally held in September 1957, which saw Dr. Franà §ois Duvalier elected President. They got a made man, Duvalier. He was ruthless and anti-communist, a match made in Heaven. What could possibly go wrong? They tacitly supported the dictators until the people took to the streets and to the boats. Aristide got in somehow with an overwhelming majority. They paid off the professional mercenaries to undermine and oust him.
The people screamed; more boat people hurled toward Florida. They are forced to bring Aristide back but with strict conditions. Aristide fails to toe the line and follow the plan, soon thereafter he was kidnapped and sent out of the hemisphere. They take more control and brought in Latortue. They accept the quieter and more reserved Preval as the people remained vigilant. Preval played the game for awhile. Even so, not good enough they said, Preval is too independently minded. Quick, what do we do? According to Ricardo Seitenfus, "Some representatives suggested that President Renà © Prà ©val should leave the country, and that we should think about an airplane for that purpose". They try to force Preval to flee to prepare the stage for the next takeover but Preval resisted. I'm certain that the headlines would have read Preval flees Haiti with billions of aid money. Since that didn't work out as plotted they invoked plan D; as in Duvalier that is. They want Haiti to remain in a state of instability while they split Haiti's donation money among themselves.
