Currently, LOC depicts like an oven with grams being roasted. LOC, which stands for Line of Control, is a de facto border that separates the two parts of Kashmir respectively controlled by India and Pakistan. It is overwhelmingly militarized as both adversaries (India & Pakistan) have deployed troops in thousands in pursuit of territorial defense.
The intensity of rivalry that is outcome of
half a century long various and diverse disputes, is likely to be observed as
the skirmishes between the deployed antagonistic soldiers continue until the
date, the article is being prepared.
Tranquility
grew into intensity when Indian warplanes though UAVs penetrated Pakistani air
boundaries and hovered on the Sialkot Sector on June 11, 2013. It subsequently followed
the perilous events of air violations. Nonetheless, the scenario attracted the
world's attention when the saga stimulated ahead and took the guise of offenses
across the LOC. The Pakistan army officials assert that one Pakistani valiant
soldier caught in the machine gun fire and lost consequently his life.
Parallely, Indians allege that Pakistani troops vehemently reached at the bastions
the Indian Army has erected for defense and chapped up five contingents.
These
controversial assertions beget the two countries reach at the angst against
each other. However, Indian kings of arms appeared irrational and were patently
seen warmongers as they stated to torment what dares to move forward towards
Indian soil. This is essentially unfair to behave specifically when the
Pakistani-sitting regime is keen in making South Asia conflict free and living
peacefully. Significantly, the rhetoric Indian project seems worthless as the
two officials stated contrarily Simply, Indian army officials explained that
the offenders were Pakistani troops. On the other hand, Antoney harped on that
the killers were activists of jihadist organizations dressing Pakistan army
uniforms. [i]
Accordingly,
the Indian claims drop candor because of certain reasons. Firstly, the
statements made respectively by army incumbents and the ministry of defense
contradict which stigmatizes it as lie. That is why the claims labored by the
Indians are no more than allegations. Secondly, if the offenders hail from
Pakistan army or come off a jihadist network sponsored by ISI, it is a crazy effort
that Pakistanis may articulate.
Arguably,
in both circumstances, the Pakistan army was going to unveil its suspected
character in the sights of the international community and was subject to both
UNO and the international community's pressure. Thirdly, the unending series of
Pakistani airs infiltration by the Indian surveillance planes coincides with
the pertinent decisions, made in the security conference, chaired by Indian
Defense Minister, convened on August 3, 2013 in New Delhi. The Indian head of
government avowed to enhance the security mechanisms on the boundaries shared
with China and LoC as well. [ii] The
conference succeeded the heinous acts of the cross border firing and air
violations.
Surprisingly,
these acts don not seem, perpetrated by Pakistani adventurists because Pakistan
is embroiled in internal chaos like situation and complex economic as well as
energy crisis. Being entailed in combats with India is to kindle the said swamp
like crisis further. Thus, no one in Pakistan will cherish to leave the
country, already full of thorns, in quagmire by pulling it towards war
scenario. The condemn-able acts that Indian exerts are the part of strategies
that someone else tends to accomplish in the region that is imperatively
required to be scrutinized.
Awkwardly, the ongoing scenario reveals that each Indian policy initiative is engineered to inflict harms towards Pakistan and not let the peace process be fecund. Why? The Indians have illegally diverted the western rivers water (Indus, Jhelum and Chenab).
The Indians have even pulled Pakistani cricketers into cases and pawed
the way to disqualify the bowlers and batsmen of worth acumen. Two days ago,
Chenab is heavily inundated which pours out the surrounding areas of the river.
Many believe that the Chenab deluge is sneakily committed by New Delhi.
Coherently
speaking, Pakistan needs a space to build the war torn country. It cannot
sustain a war like situation. That is why Mian Nawaz Sharif (Pakistani Prime
Minister) propounded that India and Pakistan should peacefully live and manage to
solve the problems through dialogue. [iii] A
congress leader in New Delhi reiterates the same logic emphasizes on dialogues
not war for the solution of the existing problems between the two states. Luckily,
Pakistani PM during the recent clashes avoided from making a statement that may
add fuel to fire but expressed his voice reasonably.
Finally,
Indian and Pakistani governments should impartially launch an investigation for
who is igniting antagonism between Islamabad and New Delhi. Under circumstances
of co-existence, India can maintain the growth of GDP, make economically
progress and become a developed nation. In situation of seeking hegemonic
designs, it cannot stabilize its own country and the region as well. Vitally, if
both (Pakistan & India) live peacefully and take a sigh of relief, the
future of South Asia is vivid which may also groom the stability in the world.
