If No One Was "Above the Law", Trump Would Already Be in Prison

It's interesting that not much (if any) attention has been paid to the fact that if it were not for the wholly unconstitutional DOJ "rule" that a sitting President cannot be indicted, considering the endless charges which have been brought against him, Trump would right now be in jail for the rest of his life. Yet about half of the country supports granting him a second term as President of the United States.

Ralph Nader and a conservative lawyer went into detail about the 13 articles of impeachment which the House should have brought against Trump. They believed that just limiting it to two articles was a critical error on behalf of the House of Representatives:

"Will the Democrats move to impeach Trump for a narrow brace of violations and accept that the Senate Republicans will keep this outlaw in the White House? Or will they present the Senate with the President's many proven impeachable offenses, thereby requiring the Senate Republicans, before live national television, in a public trial to defend Trump's indefensible behavior?"

Also, as of 9/25/19, the NY Times was actively tracking 30 Congressional, Federal, Criminal, State and Local investigations into Trump's businesses, campaign, inauguration and presidency.

I'm sure your average Trumpster would insist that these are all "witch hunts", which Trump will eventually be found innocent of. But, facts and the rule of law sometimes have a funny way of actually finally catching up with you.

All tolled, any reasonable person could assume that, if not for the DOJ rule, Donald J. Trump would have certainly already been convicted on enough ( if not all) of these offenses, that the present and possibly future President of the United States would already be sitting in a federal penitentiary, now, and for the rest of his unnatural life"
