The crunch is here and we are down to the wire for the new clean New York Primary petition to be achieved. Tomorrow, we will transmit the second phase of the petition to the NY Attorney General's office, with those signatures numbering from 2300 to the 5500+ we have now.
For the repeat New York Primary to be done over before the July Convention, a Federal Court order must be requested and granted soon, perhaps soon enough for the repeat NY primary to be rescheduled for June 7 or for later in June, or even for after the Convention.

I was able to leave a voice mail for his Civil Rights Bureau Director, Lourdes Rosado, by asking for that when I called the Albany Press office. The petition thus far is in her care.

All of the above absolutely must hear directly from you that you believe the best solution for up to 200,000 civil rights violations in the NY Primary is to throw the whole thing out and do it over, no matter what it takes.
We are prepared to request the intervention of President Obama and his US Attorney General to either order this, or to join in asking for a Federal Court order from whichever level of court is deemed appropriate.
This is what it boils down to, friends. Bernie's eventual victory entirely depends on your making these quick calls. If America is to remain a democracy and for us to turn the tide decisively for Bernie with this very potent and visible legal action, we depend on your direct participation in making those calls and leaving your personal messages, as well as each of you then talking with as many news editors, journalists, and media as you have time to talk to really soon.
If we fail to achieve a second New York Primary, both Bernie Sanders and 200,000 New York voters will remain cheated, the primary will go down in history as the unchallenged fraudulent hijacked heist that it truly was, and the constitutionality of our Presidency will be forever impugned from the stain of not correcting the egregious and disgraceful New York Primary.
