As we end this year, we, the people of the world, the world's forces of nature themselves, face some very tough, challenging times. I promise you, OpEdNews will speak truth to power to those challenges. We will not flinch when it comes to casting light on injustice-- social or environmental. We will be non-partisan critics and supporters and advocates for strong activism, challenging the corporatocracy, challenging bad leadership, supporting good works. I invite you to join us. Some of you will do that by writing or commenting, some by volunteering, some by financially supporting us, some by spreading the word We're a community here and you are welcome to be an engaged, vital part of it.

My resolution is to work harder and smarter this year to inspire and empower YOU to make a difference. As a firm believer in the power of Bottom-up energies and processes, I want to do all I can to provide the tools and information to make it possible for YOU to go beyond being a passive observer.
