This excellent speech and clarifies Estonia's important position and modus operandi.
However, I don't understand what she means by "reducing global population by emancipating women."
Notice that she is speaking without notes, a very cerebral style.

16 nations have biological weapons; 177 do not.
Draw a line between the 16 and the 177, and then make clear to the 16 that the 177 will not purchase their manufactured goods, and that they are isolated henceforth until such time as the 177 can ascertain that both the biological weapon research facilities and the arsenals are dismantled.
Why not make the same stipulation simultaneously that this would also apply to thermonuclear weaponry?
