Dot1: "Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars." How They Will Take Control of the World. Crucial Inside Information.
My journey down the rabbit hole began on May 17, 2007, and I have never looked back up. I would think everyone here at OpEd knows that things are not right in the World; and everyone here knows there must be something underground or behind the scenes that is at least influencing, if not actually controlling, what the hell is going on around here. That something goes by different names; Elite, Deep State, Secret Shadowy Government, Illuminati, whatever; I consider them all to be pretty much the same.
For a long time now I have been watching what they do; things like mass surveillance, false flags, assassinations, 5G, and dumbing down America. But, I have not had any real idea of how are they able to do what they do. How is it possible they have so much control? How big is their network and how did they put it all into place? And, how is the seemingly very large network able to hide behind the scenes without being revealed? I found a couple of things that started to give me an idea of how it all works. David Icke uses a spiderweb as a metaphor where at the center of the web are the psychopaths who have no empathy. They are the top or ultimate controllers. Those right below them are at the first outer layer along the silk threads extending outward. As the web continues to extend outward you come to those lower and lower on the totem pole, so to speak. While the ones in total control at the center of the web know everything about what they do, how they do it, and what the ultimate goal is; as you go further and further out along the silk threads each layer knows less and less and what they know is on a need-to-know basis. It gets to the point where subjects, while doing some of the work to help the conspiracy, don't even know they are part of an evil conspiracy.
Mark Passio uses a pyramid to describe the same thing. The top echelon is at the tip of the pyramid -- think the "All Seeing Eye" pyramid -- and at each level below are those lower and lower on the totem pole.
I came upon "Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars" not long ago. This document is a blueprint for how they do what they do. The document describes a scheme of mass public mind control that has been in operation since the 1950s. This is the most crucial, eye-opening, revealing dope, I have ever become aware of. Please read what I have put together and see if it is not the same for you.
"Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars" is the title of the 1st chapter of a very important book, Behold A Pale Horse published in 1991, by William Cooper. William Cooper was assassinated shortly after 9/11.
What I have done is to copy the parts of the document, "Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars," that are all that is needed to understand the document and what it means. I have used "4-dot" ellipses (....) to show where paragraphs are not consecutive as in the document since I copied not the entire document, but only what is needed to understand it.
This document is An Introduction Programming Manual to be given to selectees at the C.I.A. Training Center to introduce them to the conspiracy to take over the world. I interpret "selectee" to be a person chosen to become part of the "operation."
