Development Of a Conceptual Framework for "Betterness".
In the interest of starting to try to get Us to work more together for Our Nation, I wrote on page "2" of the "Third Constitution -- Direct Democracy -- Installment 1 -- Introduction":
"The meaning and application of the term "Betterness", as it applies to Our Culture, should be decided by a majority vote of WE The People"in a continuous study and dedicated process of realizing perceived Ideals, needs, meanings (understood and held by The Majority of the American Populace), intentions and "Ideal National Standards" assessments and decisions for "Positive Change""BY as Many of Us as possible. Ill
Our educational systems must be at the heart and roots of this ideal questing progress."
I now add to the last sentence that We The People must have powerful organizations in place to help in this "Standards Work". All Members of American Society and True Citizens must have the opportunity to contact the National Standard Studies Institutes, go to one of the standards under study and development and offer information and/or opinion. And, when the time comes, vote for or against the developed standard.
The only stipulation for this inclusion in the process would be to be certified and registered as a Member of American Society, or a True American Citizen. All others need not apply"though We might consider some kind of observer status for non-Americans.
Now. Let Us begin the study and construction of a National Standard for "Betterness". (I know that this is not a "real" word, in the dictionary sense, but it has been used by Americans for a long time and does serve when there is a need to refer to state of "better")
First, perhaps, it would be good to see what the dictionary says:
