The world is now being destroyed by legal personhood given to corporations owned by one person and governmental personhood of the few over the many. In neither case do these entities corporate and governmental give adequate voice to the persons that comprise them. We need instead personhood given by persons to themselves as an inalienable right of being. No constitution or legal mumbo jumbo is necessary for persons to have the right to be and to acknowledge the right of personhood to themselves. Such persons, self acknowledged as having the right to be and to act in their own defense, can then create corporations owned and operated by all the persons who are in them. This can happen when persons unite and cooperate and form their own corporate/govermental assemblies. In these assemblies persons are elected to lead who are of and for the persons they are members with.
Extended-Personhood or Group-Personhood happens to persons when they group to form unions where they are not fighting outside forces so much as they are creating inner peace. Legal is not even necessary. The right to be a group with a group will, which is what government is, is an inalienable right of all persons and not just a right of government-groups that have existed for a long time.
One gives oneself the right to be by being and exercising one's right to act as a conscious entity obeying its own conscience. And groups give themselves the right to be by acting in accord with a group-will and group-consciousness and group- conscience.
In the bible God says "I am that I am". God is of and by himself. He is uncreated. He just IS. We are made as souls to be like Him. We have the right of beinghood and personhood because He gave it to us. It is an inalienable right no government can eradicate. And we are free to act on this and to let it grow bigger. It is our job to do so.
This phenomenon of group-consciousness and group-conscience happens when people make it happen. People must create small local groups alive as physical/social/emotional/ intellectual/spititual profoundly alive entities.
This can begin in a neighborhood where the neighbors know each other. They can meet regularly to form neighborhood groups. If there is no possible alliance with one's neighbors one must seek out people similar to oneself in one's area. Or one can look on places like ic.org where new age communities alive and well are looking for members and trying to form communities not yet in existence.
When thugs ( legally sanctioned by the system they run ) can work together for common purposes, and the average guy can not, then it is time for the average guy to either die or find alliances of himself by himself and for himself with others doing the same. Government is after all supposed to be "of, by and for the people". Well people ... do it!
