As Secretary of State and as a neocon resident of the White House for eight years, Hillary learned a lot about how to corrupt, distort and disrupt-- governments, regimes, media. Certainly Hillary was involved in spycraft that was used to manipulate political outcomes around the world. That's what the CIA does-- usually at the behest of the president. We know that the Clinton presidency was blemished with lies.
This is the Hillary experience we need to be paying attention to.
Hillary touts her experience. Sure. She has some experience, which is reflected by a horrendous track record.
But there's more. Hillary probably has more knowledge of spycraft than any presidential candidate, since George Herbert Walker Bush, who was, before being Reagan's VP, head of the CIA. As Secretary of State, Hillary had significant access to the resources of the CIA, FBI, NSA. The video below suggests that she used that access to play with the lives of CIA agents, and we know about it because she attempted to circumvent the records by using her own private server.

Hillary's experience as Secretary of State, in terms of Libya, has also been revealed by the emails which have been released. They show that she was happy to destabilize Libya, not for the humanitarian reasons she used to justify the U.S. interventions, but to help bankers and the oil industry. Now, Libya is the next Syria, a fertile field for ISIL to grow.
With the vast resources and influence she and Bill and the Clinton foundation have it is not unreasonable to speculate that they used their influence and experience at subterfuge to influence key elections. Just think of their connections to past and current heads of intelligence agencies, and to past and present agents and private contractors.
There have been disturbing reports that Clinton Operatives infiltrated the Sanders campaign in South Carolina so as to sabotage efforts there.

There are also accusations that Hillary played some role in the disaster election in Arizona, where people had to stand in line for five hours to vote.
Word is coming in that there may be other Hillary Clinton operatives infiltrating Sanders campaigns in other states. I don't have a problem entertaining the possibility that this is true. The Clintons have the experience, they have the money and resources and access to inside DNC and inside state Democratic party operatives. There's no solid proof, but this is worth thinking about. See something, say something. It applies to dirty tricks operations too.
