RT reported this morning on missile strikes on ISIS targets in Syria launched from warships in the Caspian Sea, while MSNBC and CNN were reporting on an old story about arrests in Moldova of people involved in working to connect ISIS to nuclear materials.
While Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollands were delivering passionate appeals to the European Parliament for countries to act together to deal with the immigrant crisis, RT showed Vladimir Putin revealing a proposal by Hollande to join Russia and Syria moderates against ISIS.
The usual suspects reported the Pentagon was willing to share some information with Russians but not to cooperate with its "ineffective policy".
