Today I am going to confess that I have very little knowledge, but still I am giving opinion on the issues and you people are reading them. Actually I am living under the guns. I have never attended school, college or university in my life time. I have learnt through my experiences. I have never went to the United States so if I am giving comments on the issues related to the United States they will certainly be wrong. In his comment one of my friends stated: "You speak such nonsense as to not be taken seriously." But actually I am living in Bajaur Agency and working as journalist in Peshawar I have been seeing something with my own eyes.

Today I have sensed that the Pakistani rulers enjoying full support of their US masters have been creating justification for another war in tribal areas. According to media report, the US vice president has alleged that Osama bin Laden and some other dreaded terrorists have been hiding in tribal areas. If he is right then there is possibility that an attack will be launched on tribal areas. But now instead of killing the innocent people of tribal areas this question should be probed that who have brought terrorists to tribal areas. The Americans have voted Barack Obama to power for peace and now they will not tolerate further war. If it is true that Osama bin Laden is hiding in tribal areas then hold talks with the people of tribal areas. They will certainly tell you the truth. I think this time the US will follow the law of the land instead of resorting to use of force.

Taliban and al-Qaida leaders, including Osama bin Laden, are hiding in Pakistan's tribal areas, US Vice President Joe Biden has said.

"In the FATA, the western part of Pakistan in the mountains on the Afghan border, that is a war on terror. That's where al-Qaida lives. That's where bin Laden is. That's where the most radicalized part of the Taliban is," Biden told CNN in an interview.

"The situation we have as it relates to problems that exist in other parts of the world, they aren't all related to terror," he said in response to a question if the Obama administration has stopped use of the phrase "global war on terror".

Biden asserted there is a war on terror. "Terror is a legitimate threat. It is a threat that comes from al-Qaida and those organisations that have morphed off of al-Qaida, but there are other interests we have beyond merely - for example, the situation in the Middle East is not a global war on terror. But it matters to us mightily whether or not we end up with an accommodation between the Israelis and the Palestinians," he said.

The vice president said Obama administration is concerned that al-Qaida has been able to reconstitute itself under the Bush administration in the mountain regions on the border of Afghanistan and Pakistan.

"Up till now there has been no targeted policy that has as its goal the elimination of that element of extremism in the world directed at the United States of America," he said.
