(4) The Right to Life.
(5) The Right of We The American People, to develop, establish and practice, Majority Rule, Wise, Dedicated and Intelligent Self Governance, as a Sovereign People.
The Responsibility of this Right is that We The American People finally realize and act upon, the Truth that Self Governance (correctly done) is and has always been, the Best form of Governance, that We can achieve as a Sovereign People of the Human Species.
Our further Responsibility in this, is that We be relentless in Our Sacred Quest For Good Self Governance, to become ever Better at it. Our Minds function and Our Hearts Beat 24/7 in Our Lives and so should We function the same as a Good Self Governing People. We should work, eat and sleep as a Good Self Governing People.
(6) The Right of We The American People to responsibly consider, deliberate upon, choose and declare Our Rights as a Sovereign People and Nation.
The Responsibility of this Right is that We must master the Wisdom of selecting Rights that serves as many of Us as possible. Our greatest Rights serve the most, but there will be "Lesser Rights" that will be entitlements and even privileges for those that earn and merit them. Of course, all Rights would be selected and finally ratified by the "True Citizens" of Our Sovereign Nation"
(7) The Right to The Pursuit of Happiness. (Happiness being an Ultimate Goal for all of Creation.
The Responsibility of this Right is that We learn, embrace and practice the Thoughts and Actions that are the best parts of The Pursuit Of Happiness, as it is in Creation. This Right is "Alienable" because it can be forfeited through behavior that brings unhappiness to others.
(8) The Right to a Non-Toxic Environment and to maintain a "healthy" planet.
The Responsibility of this Right is that We come to understand how We "harmfully" affect Our World with erroneous developments and uses of Our Science and Technology. This Right is increasingly "Earned" and strengthened through the improvement of the uses of Our Science and Technology.
