If you wish to write to the 2020-2021 members of the Security Council in support of the Secretary General's Pandemic Board of Inquiry, please do so.
USA, China, Russia, France, and the United Kingdom have Veto power and will disallow any real inquiry into the causes and the legal implications when nations enter suits in the International Court of Justice against nations whose negligence resulted in this pandemic.
The Council is composed of 15 Members and Five permanent members: China, France, Russian Federation, the United Kingdom, and the United States, and ten non-permanent members elected for two-year terms by the General Assembly (with end of term year):
