he is female and black, ACORN 'pimp' James O'Keefe used her again and again to seek evidence of fraud by Democrats.
A former Breitbart blogger, Nadia Naffe could go where O'Keefe's cameras could not, especially after his high-profile ACORN videos, subsequent lawsuits and arrest in Louisiana. We now hear it was only a week before O'Keefe's arrest that he dispatched the charming Ms. Naffe to dine with Iowa Republican Rep. Steve King.
In the same trip, Naffe was to make "video history" filming the SEIU falsifying registrations for people of color and busing them off to illegally vote against Scott Brown in Massachusetts. Seems O'Keefe read an alarming email sent to Republican poll watchers from a senior editor at The American Spectator  who was doing more than "spectating". From the email:
"If you're black or brown, they'll rope you in and take you to the polls, registration can be worked out".
Several well-known conservatives were involved in this "undercover" sting, according to Buzzfeed. Heather Higgins, the head of a conservative organization for women, apparently acted as go-between for Mr. O'Keefe and Rick Santorum's favorite billionaire Foster Freiss, following the suggestion of Steve Friess who asked his "Dad" to bounce the following off Andrew Breitbart:
"black /Latina conservatives could be wired for video, and get picked up on one of these busses, and show what goes on. My guess -they are offering cash, (which I am pretty sure is illegal), and I also would wager that at least some of these busses are making more than one stop with the same people - ie getting them to vote twice".
The younger Friess also suggests tracking the buses using private detectives to get cameras set up in advance. The account of blacks planning mass vote fraud seems to have originated with radio host John Batchelor.
The black conservative tapped for the undercover job was Nadia Naffe, who has come to regret her role in several sting plots after they failed to uncover evidence of wrongdoing.
Naffe, who once sued the RNC for discrimination, turned on O'Keefe after a criminal harassment complaint she filed against O'Keefe was dismissed on a jurisdictional technicality.
At the time, Naffe has described how O'Keefe may have slipped her a muscle relaxer during a planned overnight visit, followed by a smear and intimidation campaign which got ugly for both sides. Naffe's ace in the hole is seven years of O'Keefe's private email, turning the tables on the "guerrilla" auteur who has repeatedly defended the use of false pretenses to gather information.
Naffe claims the SEIU infiltration trip yielded nothing incriminating against the union, so O'Keefe buried the story.
Naffe did not comment on her meeting with Rep. King other than to say he gave a "pep talk about illegal voting". King publicly said of his three day trip to Boston he "experienced a lot of good people in Massachusetts".
Last March, we learned about Nadia Naffe's account of an operation in which she helped O'Keefe and Andrew Breitbart target Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters. At the time, Naffe did not state whether she or O'Keefe actually set up listening devices in the sting, but an April tort claim filed by Naffe states unequivocally:
"On several occasions, Mr. O'keefe and Ms. Naffe have traveled together to do undercover video projects. During one such project, in January 2010, Mr. O'keefe illegally recorded a member of Congress in Los Angeles County".
The revelation was made as part of a half million dollar defamation suit drawn up against Los Angeles Assistant District Attorney John Patrick Frey who allegedly posted Naffe's personal information on his blog, publicly "poking holes" in her legal case against O'Keefe.
Despite his "First Amendment" defense, it seems Frey didn't abide by requirements not to post Naffe's Social Security number online.
Naffe says Frey had knowledge of O'Keefe's "illegal" plot to wiretap Rep. Waters, in the same LA jurisdiction Frey served:
Under false pretenses, Naffe helped gain access to the bank where Maxine Waters' husband worked. According to Naffe, James O'Keefe sent her an email describing a legal exception that "gave citizen journalists the same wiretapping authority as law enforcement and the FBI."
Naffe also said "James received a shipment of high-tech recording devices during the trip. His intent was to wiretap the bank."
In constant contact with Andrew Breitbart, O'Keefe toured OneUnited bank locations trying to prove they had benefited from the TARP bailouts Rep. Waters supported, according to a post by Naffe. O'Keefe is said to have told Naffe that California wiretapping statutes didn't apply when collecting "bribery evidence" from banks:
"Congressional Offices/Banks -- criminal Exception -- 630.5 -- Statutes don't apply for containing evidence reasonably believed to related to extortion, kidnapping, bribery, violence against the person."

To be true, O'Keefe would have to "reasonably" prove he somehow knew for sure Waters was involved in bribery -- a fishing expedition could be illegal. According to statements, Naffe, on the other hand, had reason to believe O'Keefe's private emails could indeed confirm the commission of a crime, such as the wiretapping of Rep. Waters she claims to have witnessed.
Though most media has been ignoring the unseemly civil war raging between Naffe and O'Keefe, the one-time "ACORN pimp" has been recently quoted as saying Mitt Romney's surreptitious "46%" recording vindicates his practice of journalism-on-the-sneak.
Unless of course, the tactics are used against him - O'Keefe has sued Naffe to prevent her from publicizing his "private" communications. O'Keefe claims they were obtained improperly but Naffe simply says he accessed his Gmail account on her device and left it logged in.
O'Keefe crying foul over his privacy being violated is paradoxical because he is still embroiled in a lawsuit for violating the privacy rights of ACORN staffer Juan Carlos Vera. O'Keefe has asserted the First Amendment "freedom of the press" in order to portray this hapless worker as a perverted accomplice to sex slavery and statutory rape, just so he could smear the ACORN brand.
O'Keefe's surrogates offered ironic protestations over excised portions of the embarrassing emails, another complaint ringing hollow in light of O'Keefe's own history of undue bias in editing.
Secret Koch Brothers Funding?
Before Naffe was served a gag order, she alluded to secret financial dealings between "TeamBreitbart" and Americans For Prosperity, the Koch Brother's infamous corporate mega-octopus:
(For you cloak-n-dagger types, an anonymous poster claiming to be in the know on this page hinted AFP's Tracy Henke was somehow involved).
On principle, Breitbart's team routinely impeaches left wing sites like Media Matters for financial ties to George Soros. But Breitbart keeps their donors hidden. Here, Fortune reports on a $10 million 'shot in the arm' received the week after the Occupy movement began. The money came from two mysterious multimillionaires.
Harassment Track Record Exposed
Rounding out the sleaze, Naffe also claimed O'Keefe had distributed nude photos of a nubile young ex-girlfriend without her knowledge, and Naffe posted online O'Keefe's secret $20K harassment settlement with another female staffer, after promising "#WAR".
Most recently, the site Occupy For Accountability has posted emails purportedly sent to Nadia Naffe from James O'Keefe's "NPR" collaborator Ken Larrey, seeking black people to help scam President Obama's former pastor Jeremiah Wright in a secret "communist" video. Larrey reportedly acknowledged his McCarthyesque handiwork via email to Wonkette.
"Our plan involves Trinity United (Obama's church) and Jeremiah Wright or Otis Moss...Basically, we'll be exploring the Marxist teachings of Liberation Theology and the aforementioned pastors....Liberation Theology was effectively devised as a way to work Marxism into Christianity..."
Like O'Keefe's other video sting plots, the plan was to discuss donations to the church as a lure, and then get the subject on tape being agreeable when the undercover plant suggests embarrassing wrongdoing. Larrey admits it all here:
"We aim to lead Otis Moss into a discussion about Marxism...the subversion of the church for Marxist purposes...[t]he point is to make our intentions clear and explain them as what would seem to most people as nefarious..."
The plan then sought to dupe the pastors into making anti-Semitic comments:
"Discuss how my family has always understood the importance of controlling the banks. Perhaps discuss the importance of keeping them out of the hands of the Jews leading into another conversation about the "Damn Jews".
Then, homosexuality, infidelity, journalistic bias and the admission they wanted to try to get Wright defrocked:
"I don't think the gay aspect is totally useless. If we get Moss to condone and/or facilitate a married man cheating on his wife with gay guys (or Jeremiah Wright doing so), that would make national headlines in and of itself as he would be forced to resign as pastor. On the other hand, even if it worked and we decided that would be counterproductive, we could bury it."
Towards the end, the plot gets more inane:
"Also at this point, we would have the option of throwing in some explicitly illegal aspects to this whole affair...the discussion alone, if it goes right, should be enough to make a big story. However, if we can work a bribe or two into this, or some sort of child sex ring, we'll work on that."
