Some readers say to me you need to post shorter messages. You can always select the links you want to open. Also if you are not into reading much and prefer direct talk, we do have regular online events. For example tomorrow/Saturday at 9 PM Palestine Time, we discuss/regflect on "A year of genocide: decades of impunity." If interested to attend, email me to send you the link.

Here statement from many humanitarian organizations in the UK

The Israeli colonial regime continues massacring indigineous people. So far 2000 people in Lebanon have been killed including 150 children. In Gaza over 20,000 children were murdered. Yesterday, Israeli occupation regime killed over 99 people in Gaza and bombed a cafe in Tulkarem (West Bank) murdering 15 people. All of this is done using US taxpayers money and US weapons. Here in the West Bank, there is a general strike today. I and Jessie are full time volunteers so we never take time off.

From common memes on social media: *"You have a right to defend yourself if it is your house. You do not have a right to defend yourself if you stole it"* *"You can't pray for both sides while arming one" [that is committing genocide]* *"Not once has Israel faced consequences of its intl wrongdoings. Time to act to restore the primacy of international law is now."* *"Iran has launched an unprovoked attack on Israel. This came after Israel peacefully committed a year-long genocide, bombed an embassy, destroyed schools, universities and hospitals, starved 2.1 million civilians, carried out multiple assassinations, murdered 162 journalists and 222 UN workers, built a centre dedicated to the rape and torture of prisoners, launched large-scale terror attacks on Lebanese civilains, and bombed a building in Tehran."*

I'm an old Pogo fan. For some unknown reason I persist in outrage at Feudalism, as if human beings can do much better than this. Our old ways of life are obsolete and are killing us. Will the human race wake up in time? Stay (more...)
