Unless you've been living in a cave, most of America (and the World) have witnessed the video of a very brave Iraqi journalist, Muntazer Zaidi hurling his shoes at President George Bush in disgust of the death and devastation which he and America have wrought upon Iraq and it's people. What if America's reticent "Corpstream" media were to act in solidarity with Zaidi? No, not by throwing their shoes, but by quietly getting up from their anchor desks and walking off of the set?
How would the American people react if they were to see NBC's Brian Williams, ABC's Charlie Gibson and CBS's Katie Couric simultaneously getting up and walking off of the set? Or MSNBC's Chris Matthews, Rachel Maddow and Keith Olbermann etc., during their time slots, walking off all in a show of solidarity for Iraqi journalist Muntazer Zaidi? Signifying their distain for the carnage which this illegal and horrid Iraq war has wrought upon America, and it's people.
