As Humboldt Co California Registrar of Voters Carolyn Crnich reveals that the Humboldt Election Transparency Project has found another problem with the Nov. general election vote count it is also being revealed that the decision to move away from Diebold/Premier was made in Nov. The decision was made and those involved were sworn to secrecy.
