George Conway just used Trump's 'deep state' weapon against him

George Conway, a lawyer who was married to President Donald Trump's former counsel Kellyanne Conway, mocked the Republican leader on Tuesday by pointing out that his Reflecting Pool renovations had been ruined by a human -- but it was his own so-called 'deep state.' 'THE DEEP STATE IS BACK,' Conway posted, retweeting a post by NBC News reporter Ryan J. Reilly. Reilly reported that, despite Trump falsely claiming the Reflecting Pool renovations were caused by malicious sabotage and not his incompetence, a recent report revealed that a government official was in fact responsible for at least some of the damage.
