| The millions of dollars for voting equipment were spent on the assumption that no one will steal an election, even though elections have been stolen since voting was done by dropping stones into a hole in the ground. The money was spent as if the only fraud in electoral history was in Chicago in the last century and nowhere else before or after. The millions of dollars, in other words, were wasted. |
