Keith Olbermann names San Diego Deputy Abbott Worst Person in the World on Tuesday night's show (June 30th) because Abbott raided a Dem fundraiser on the night of June 26th and tackled 60 year old women to the ground and then peppersprayed the shocked guests after responding to a noise complaint.
